Astin was well aware of the lack of slope from the garage to the sidewalkAustin was out to my house at least two maybe three times before I HIRED him to do the job to discuss optionsAustin pulled out a transit and was well aware of the negative slopeI inquired about putting in a drain, but he was confident he could slope the driveway to one side and he said by regrading some of my front yard I would not have any issuesI hired Austin because I think he does good workHowever if you have any issues pop up he does not want to return phone callsI made it very clear to him I don't want ice patches on my driveway because my old driveway had many icy patches all winter longAustin did offer me some money back and a year warranty and asked me to review it He also stated if I had any questions or concerns we would discuss themWe can't dicuss the warranty because he will not return phone callsI'm concerned about the driveway ponding in the winter and freezing and thawing and being a Hazzard when iced up in winterNo where in the warranty does it state how we handle the situation if I have consistent ice patches due to low spotsI need to know how that will be addressedAs far as it not being rushed the concrete truck sat for minutes as his crew scrambled to finish the grading and formsHe even had to add water to the mix I herd him tell the driver to add a certain amount and they started mixing the loadI do believe they do good work I think my situation is unfortunate and is being handled very poorly and unprofessional That's where I'm currently at with this issueI would love to give him the opportunity to make it right, but he will not return any phone calls

To whom it may concern, capital city concrete has been working with homeowner Mr.*** in regards to his drivewayCapital city concrete did provide quality service to homeowner for his projectProject was not rushed nor by any means poor qualityThe issue that has arised is that there is
insufficient slope on driveway and slight ponding has occurredWe cannot change the elevation of the house nor the elevation of the street and the driveway falls in between the twoPonding is very minimal and evaporates 20/minutes after a rainfall and no ponds exceed 3/32"Mr.*** is receiving a $refund and a extended warranty on drive to make him feel at ease about his projectIf you have any questions regarding matter please feel free to call anytimeThank you !

Astin  was well aware of the lack of slope from the garage to the sidewalk. Austin was out to my house at least two maybe three times before I HIRED him to do the job to discuss options. Austin pulled out a transit and was well aware of the negative slope. I inquired about putting in a drain, but he was confident he could slope the driveway to one side and he said by regrading  some of my front yard I would not have any issues. I hired Austin because I think he does good work. However if you have any issues pop up he does not want to return phone calls. I made it very clear to him I don't want ice patches on my driveway because my old driveway had many icy patches all winter long. Austin did offer me some money back and a 5 year warranty and asked me to review it . He also stated if I had any questions or concerns we would discuss them. We can't dicuss the warranty because he will not return phone calls. I'm concerned about the driveway  ponding in the winter and freezing and thawing and being a Hazzard when iced up in winter. No where in the warranty does it state how we handle the situation if I have consistent ice patches due to low spots. I need to know how that will be addressed. As far as it not being rushed the concrete truck sat for 30 minutes as his crew scrambled to finish the grading and forms. He even had to add water to the mix I herd him tell the driver to add a certain amount and they started mixing the load. I do believe  they do good work I think my situation  is unfortunate and is being handled very poorly and unprofessional.  That's where I'm currently at with this issue. I would love to give him the opportunity to make it right, but he will not return any phone calls.
