would give them a zero I filled out an app online, along with proof of all income I explained to the ppl I talked to what I wanted I don't have time to sit for hours just to be denied Told them I'd like you to run my credit and let me know before I waste time coming inThey agreed, I Waited a dayReceived a call from JeffThey said and I quote, "we have good news we got you approved, we have a banker willing to approve you" I again made it clear, what car I applied for online, I don't want to be told what to drive, I made sure they knew I probably will be keeping my current Van for my son but it's possible I'll have a trade in and if not what I would have for deposit I go there at my scheduled apt time, he said we could go look around, they were getting approval for the traverse I applied for A little fishy since I was already"approved" I get notifications from credit karma, and credit wise that my credit is being run through dif banks again While I'm there This employee didn't mislead, he straight up lied Waited almost hrs he comes out and says how about a car No I want wheel drive , I didn't apply for a car I might consider other options for Suv but not thatMy credit isint great but is not the worst I've been approved from other dealers for vehicles but couldn't get the pmt where I neededHe goes back in the office and sits min later he comes up to me and my kids who were excited to go home with a new car and says ...."did you eat lunch? We said no, he said maybe you want to go get something to eat Now we were hungry but im no foolHe wanted to get us out at that point!!!! I asked as far as cars what would I qualify for He went back sat in an office frequent and awkwardly looking at us through the windowI guess he realized we weren't leaving to get lunch, after all we already invested hrs on my day off we were going to wait it outHe then came out and He suggested we leave and they will call us , but make sure we're close by as if they were going to get a dif answer I kindly suggested to him I didn't understand if my credit was ran and I was already approved what the issue was He said I know im sorry, told him again that doesn't make since he said well you don't have a trade in that makes things dif I kindly let him know when I spoke with him on the phone I told him I would be keeping my car for my son and what I had for deposit He says I know , sorry I kindly take my kids, to his luck they were with me otherwise I wouldn't have been so nice, and left It's now almost and nothingAtleast have the [redacted] to call and say we can't get you approved My main issue, he wasn't friendly, he was the worst sales man I've ever encountered I have their Good news voicemail , they didn't have permission to re run my credit today And they lied telling me I was approved to get me in there If I do get a call im going to kindly tell them where they can take their approval and shove it In the day of social media it is bad business decision to screw someone before they even get the car [redacted] update, I just called and talked to Jeff I didn't ask a question I waited for an explanation He says we still are working on it I said I'm a little confused what is it your working on I'm approved remember He states that's what they told me I said what do you mean they, that's your company He said well I'm newr u kidding first you have the only customized desk , but you new??? [redacted] so I explained my grief , let him know I get notifications when my credit is ran and it wasn't before today , not to mention he caught himself when I first came in correcting his lie He said get you approvedthen saidI mean for the traverse your already approved Anyway his response was vague and blamed on "them " telling him I let him know I spoke with him and he told me not then Then I had to remind him new or not he is a two for that company and you can't tell ppl they are approved of they aren't Grrrrr

The first time I met with one of their car dealers I should have turned around and left. We were shopping for a vehicle to replace my wife's station wagon that had just broken down and needed a van that was cheap and needed it fast. We knew our credit was bad and went here because their advertisement said guaranteed credit approval. From the start I told the dealer that we couldn't afford more than 250 a month, but he kept insisting that I buy one of the 10K plus vehicles on the lot and it would only be around 480. It took about 2 weeks for us to convince him we couldn't afford that. He finally decided to clean up one of the older models on the lot and sell it to us for 211 a month at a rate of %23.99. It was a 2005 Kia Sedona with 166K on it. The body was in decent condition with minor scratches and minimal rust. On the test drive every thing seemed okay there is some vibration in the front when the brakes are pressed but that's was it. We returned to the dealership and when the dealer tried to exit the vehicle he couldn't, the door was damaged and couldn't be opened from the inside. They agreed to fix that but that was it. When I was signing the paper work with the general manager he made it a point several times to tell me that it was sold AS IS and wouldn't be held liable for any repairs needed other than the door. He also pointed out the in the financing that the tax title and registration fees were included. Now I have a van that needs $600 in repairs, and is unsafe to use because one of the sliding doors fell out of its track due to extreme wear on the rollers. Last week we received our new plates and registration. The registration was due to expire in December 2014, which wasn't right because I registered the vehicle in my name and was born in May. I called the treasurers office and asked them why this had happened and they pulled the record for me. They had only received enough money to register the vehicle for 2 months and that was why it needed to be registered again. I called Capital City Motor Company and told them I needed to speak with the manager. I had to call 6 times before I was allowed to speak to 1 and was hung up on 3 times. I told him what I learned about the new registration and he tried to tell me that is all they were allowed to do because that was when the trade in vehicles registration expired. I told him that they agreed to pay for the registration and other fees which totaled to 263 and he said that that is what it says on the contract, but payment wasn't made. I have been waiting for an hour and a half now for them to call me back with a decision in regards to whether or not they are going to honor the agreement.

I am giving them a D rating. The only reason it is not an F is because they did get us approved for financing when others couldn't.
