I am rejecting this response because:I never changed the color I only ever requested Behr 'Night Shade' per the sample provided to Capital City Paint and Restore on the first day Capital City Paint and Restore's paint from Sherwin Williams was an acceptable color match, however per Capital City Paint and Restore's own admission, there were issues with the paint quality and the sprayer that cause milkiness, clumping, etc The second batch of paint provided by Capital City Paint and Restore came from Benjamin Moore and was not at all close to Behr 'Night Shade' It was grey and Benjamin Moore on Bee Caves Road (where Capital City Paint and Restore purchased the paint) admitted that they used to much white in the mix and were unable to remix it properly, hence why I procured the Behr 'Night Shade' color from Home Depot that I originally requested I NEVER ONCE WAVERED ON MY COLOR CHOICE I always and only ever wanted Behr 'Night Shade' per the color sample I originally provided Capital City Paint and Restore provided the original bad paint from Sherwin Williams Capital City Paint and Restore provided the incorrect color paint from Benjamin Moore Capital City Paint and Restore provided the crew that damaged the cabinets and doors with the sander, that damaged my dishwasher, microwave, floors and walls with paint and that left dust and trash all over my home And Capital City Paint and Restore provided the crew that walked out on the job after realizing the extent of the damage they caused I have many, many witnesses, photographs, and hard evidence that this is the case I am requesting that Capital City Paint and Restore cover the cost to replace my custom cabinets and interior doors that they damaged, as well as the cost of a professional cleaning and painting crew to repair the damage to the walls and floors

I reject, this too because the first time that we did the match was not perfect, but when we when to Benjamin Moore, we show Adria the sample and she agreed we proceed with the work, until she looked at it the next day when was completely done, that was a different color, when she picked it, I send a different crew to repaint the cabinets and she send me a text saying that the cabinets look really good, I just don't get it why she is saying the opposite, of what she said, what I think is really that she is just upset because we left, reason why we choose to do that , fact of losing $4,800 when we never never received a single penny from her.

I am rejecting this response because:My cabinets and doors were severely damaged by Capital City Paint & Restore. The company is trying to take the focus off that fact. Capital City Paint & Restore caused the damage. The cabinets and doors need to be replaced and the mess they left when they realized the cost of the damage they caused would exceed the job quote needs to be cleaned up. My brand new custom solid wood cabinets and all of my brand new doors are ruined. I graciously gave Capital City Paint & Restore this opportunity to do the right thing, however it's time to take action. I will be sending Capital City Paint & Restore a bill. If not paid in full in 30 days I will have my lawyer contact them directly about a court date.
