We went to this site in a timely manner to find that one of the solar panels in the high wind had come offThe panel was tested and re-attachedThe scratch on the panel did not affect the production at all and is not visible at allWe offered to buff out the scratch and provide Mr [redacted] with a complementary cleaning and inspection for the inconvenience I double checked with our manufacture and they reassured me that a scratch like the one on his panel would not affect the production I would compare what happened to bringing a car in for repair and the scratch the paint under the hoodThey would offer to buff out or repaint but not provide a new carThis panel is in perfect working order- Asking us to replace it is unreasonable for the damage is not noticeable and can be buffed out which Mr [redacted] has not allowed us to doWe take customer service and our warranty obligations very seriously and have no issue paying or replacing product that needs to be replaced but in this case the scratch is not changing the performance and is not visibleWe wish to come buff out the module and provide the Kennedy family a free cleaningIn all our years in business we have never had a complaint and it is unfortunate that the demand from our customer is unreasonable in our opinionWe hold the warranty for this system for the next years and don't want to have any hard feeling between each other

Capital City Solar is the BEST! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The office staff were professional & efficient and kept the whole process running smoothly. The installation crew was absolutely incredible! They are a great group of guys- very courteous, clean, responsive, and hardworking. They even found a way to hide the wiring inside the garage wall, so we have no visible conduit inside or outside our home. I never thought I'd care much about that, but I love it and it looks fantastic! My husband and I are thrilled to have our solar system up and running and saving us money every day. It's so fun to watch the monitoring app to see how well it's working and outperforming expectations. Kudos to Capital City Solar for such a high quality system and experience!

Capital City Solar Electric is an excellent company to deal with. The system that was installed by them some 10 years ago produces a high of 24 kilowatt. That is adequate for our home needs. They have a friendly staff, namely Arron, Office Manager. I would highly recommend them.

We had Capital City Solar install a system on our Tahoe Home. It was the 3rd system I have had them install. Easy to work with and no gimmicks. Appreciated the attention to detail and the professional staff.

CCS installed my 7.3 kW PV system in December of 2014 and their design and planning staff worked to position the 30 panels in two inverters in the MOST efficient areas on my Elk Grove roof. The system is meeting ALL my expectations and they were even able to provide the electrical expertise to install my Tesla wall charger as part of that overall PV electrical contract. I had used this company back in 2008 for my first solar PV install at my previous home in W. Sacramento and after getting over 10 PV companies in to give me a bid on that project, CCS was the BEST in terms of their willingness and engineering staff to present an "out of the box" design solution for that W. Sacramento home.

Capital City Solar is one of the best companies I have dealt with in years. I had gotten 5 different estimates for Solar and 4 of them were high pressure sales pitches. Capital City was not and very informative during the interview. While installing my system they came out on a very windy/rainy day to install the interior equipment. My neighbor’s lamp blew off their post and the electrician installing my system took it upon himself to go over and fix their lamp without being asked. This is way over and above customer service to do something for someone that was not even a customer just because he saw a person in need and did something about. They were clean, fast, efficient and very friendly during their installs. They cleaned up all of their packing material and gave me a very informative overview. I highly recommend them over any other solar company.

I had solar installed at my house about 5 years ago. Although the job itself was expensive, it has already paid for itself completely in utility savings. The work was done timely, and professionally. The entire team was courteous and took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone thinking of getting solar for their house.

Our experience with Capital City Solar has been positive from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with, starting with Andy, our sales guy, Erin, in the office, and the installation team that came out to our home, were friendly courteous and professional. Actually, and he was the main reason we chose Capital City Solar. His presentation to us was very professionally done. He was knowledgeable about his product, and answered all our questions. He also has a pretty good sense of humor. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, except that I wish they had done it for free. Oh well.

My spouse and I moved to a new location last year in July. The new home was larger and included a swimming pool. We were thrilled, until we received our first power bill from PG&E. That is when we began talking about having solar installed. We researched and talked with others who are using solar. Then we began the process of deciding who would do the job for us. We spoke with three different companies. Most of the features and benefits were very close in comparison. It was the customer service of our sales rep, Brian Hunerlach, that was the deciding factor. Thank you, Brian, for your patience with us, as we tried to make our decision!

We clearly went with the right dealer for our SOLAR ! Everything went as planned.

I had Capital City Solar install a solar system on my house 9 years ago. It has exceeded my explications but the best part is the continued service I have received from Capital City Solar. Each year they clean and inspect the system and have taken care of any warranty matters. I highly recommend them.

Capital City Solar recently installed a solar system on our home. It is an outstanding organization from front to back - knowledgeable helpful people at every position. They use the best panels - SunPower. We are extremely happy and highly recommend them to evryone.

We had 5 company give us bids for solar. Capital City Solar was the only one who did not pressure us to sign now. Andy our sales person came prepared and was very informative, more than any of the other company's. The crew that came out was very polite and keep everything neat and never left a mess. They were on time and never got upset with me watching and asking questions during the process. Capital City Solar is the best from the people you talk to in the office to the installers, they are all great. Andy our salesperson made it so easy, he is a awesome person. It is my belief if you want great quality and effient solar and the best company Then call Capital City Solar.

I contacted several solar companies and chose Capital City Solar because they took the time and answered all of my questions. After making my appointment and meeting with Brian [redacted] (Senior Solar Advisor), who was very knowledgeable and reassured us that we had nothing to worry about, we decided to go ahead with the installation. We were next contacted by Erin [redacted] (Operations Manager), who set the schedule for the installation and was there every step of the way. We next met the installation crew who consisted of Jason M. (Forman), Lance D. and Alex M. The installation went great and very quickly. I would recommend Capitol City Solar to anyone tired of high PG&E bills or who just want to go GREEN! Don't wait for another HOT summer!
