Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
To Whom it May Concern:
Capital Claims Management continues to stonewall and avoid addressing and answering questions. Capital Claims/Mr. [redacted]’s letter did nothing to further the discussion regarding my concerns.
To illustrate this point, Mr. [redacted] asserts that the Revdex.com is an inappropriate venue for these allegations yet fails to make any suggestion as to what is a better source to address my concerns. Essential he is saying, “Mr. [redacted] you are wrong for going to the Revdex.com because it’s wrong” with no explanation as to why it’s wrong or who else I should have gone to or what I should have done differently. This is exactly the type of bullying, unhelpful, and belittling statements that I continue to deal with that do not allow any dialogue or produce any answers to any questions.
They Revdex.com website states, “Disputes that relate to marketplace issues experienced with the services or products a business provides.” Capital Claims management has provided me poor service. I feel that they did not conduct a complete, thorough, or fact based investigation into my claim against [redacted]. When approached with my concerns, Capital Claims stance is we did an investigation without addressing my questions or concerns. I am confident that [redacted] and Great American Insurance Group are perfectly content with the service they received from Capital Claims of blindly denying my claim. I filed a Revdex.com claim against Capital Claims Management because I feel that they failed to do their job in conducting a thorough, complete, and unbiased investigation into my claim against [redacted] Inspection Service.
Capital Claims Management, Mr. [redacted], and [redacted] have failed to address how [redacted] can legally say on their home webpage, “All of our inspectors are thoroughly trained and stay updated on current building codes” and yet not be held liable for missing significant safety fire/building codes. These missed fire safety codes placed my family and I at significant risk and cost us significant avoidable out of pocket expenses had the [redacted] inspector properly identified and documented the deficiencies. Curiously since engaging with [redacted], Capital Claims Management, and Great American Insurance Group the [redacted] webpage has changed and no longer makes such a statement. I can provide time and date stamped screen shots of their website prior to it being altered. Furthermore, Capital Claims and Mr. [redacted] have failed to address any of my additional questions and concerns about the completeness and alleged unbiased nature of their investigation in the face of documentation directly contrary to the facts they reference.
I have posed my questions numerous times and in several formats to Capital Claims and Mr. [redacted] and yet have not received any different or additional information. The stonewalling, blind answer response of not being liable without explanation that I continue to receive from Capital Claims Management as well as [redacted] strongly suggests a policy of continue to deny the claim until the claimant gives up. This reeks of" big insurance" denying the claim until the little guy runs out of resources, options, or just gives up. If it were anything else, if Capital Claims was concerned in the slightest then my questions and concerns would be answered directly and thoroughly and I wouldn't be told "The Revdex.com is an inappropriate venue," with out any help or direction as to where to go.
My expectation is that all of my questions and concerns by thoroughly and completely addressed regarding why [redacted] is not liable for missing such readily apparent and visible fire and safety code violations. Addionally, I want my questions and concerns addressed regarding the illogical conclusions drawn in their report and citation of clearly documented false information as supportive facts regarding why [redacted] is not liable.
I continue to reject the report and findings of Capital Claims Management.
