Capital Cleaning Contractors

Review: The cleaning company sent a crew in to strip and wax the floors. They were destroyed. The doors were left open overnight in a high risk area. The floor tiles were cracked. The work is messy and shoddy. The work was not completed. A table was scratched beyond repair. The daily work is not complete and our supplies are disappearing. I have contacted both the CEO and a regional manager and no one has had the courtesy to respond. We have had many walk-throughs with the manager and there has been no change. The lights are routinely left on overnight and for the entire weekend. This company is the absolute worst.Desired Settlement: I want replacement of the floor tiles and the destroyed table. I want all charges from these poor services removed. I do not want them back in my building because they will never perform the services correctly. Plus the safety of my building is at risk when they are in it. I want my keys returned and I want the public to know they are the worst.

We received the complaint from the customer. We immediately reached out to the customer for our account manager to visit the site and assess the damage that they claim. However, at every turn to meet the customer at the site to evaluate the alleged damage and discuss their complaint it seems as though the rep for the customer doesn't want to meet and discuss. We value our service and if our service is being questioned we believe a face to face meeting is always best to resolve any and all issue. We can't understand after requests we have made to do a walk through of the site and view the alleged damage the customer claims. We just want to do our best in resolving any issues or concerns the customer has.We will continue to try but we hope the customer can allow us to visit the site do a walk through so we can get any issues resolved. Fernanda R[redacted], site supervisor, came by the center to assess the damage. She said it was unacceptable. I have the videotapes. This is not a true statement from the company.
