Capital Collection LLC is using my business information to scam consumers Capital Collection LLC/Fla Settlement Group LLC has been fraudulently using the mailing address of Capital Collection & Billing, Inc (a MEDICAL ONLY billing and collections firm) in their attempt to get monies from consumers They are not a legally registered company in the state of Florida according to the FLOFR They are in no way associated with my company and I have reported this to the various Florida associations including but not limited to Florida Office of Financial Regulations and the offices of the Attorney General that deals with issues of this nature and the police department who said this is not something they can address

Today I was called by a man (don't have his name) from XXX-XXX-XXXX stating it was Capital Collections LLC and that I am going to be sent to collections if I don't pay a $outstanding bill that I owe from using services through US Tech solutions for work done to my computer and failed to make payments that I contracted to pay for yearsThe man said they buy "outstanding bills from companies and attempt to contact the customer to receive payment before they forward it on to the collection agencyThe man could not provide me with a contact number to US Tech solutions and stated they do not have any of the information from them, they just have the billI told him I was going to confirm that he was in fact calling me from a legit company and looked the company up on the Revdex.com after receiving what I believe is a email stating they are Revdex.com accredited with a "invoice o

Told me I owed payments for Anti-Malware-& that I had missed payments This is back in
August 10, ( I had made payment & then they were due quarterly) I never received email or anything thru the mail I have an Apple laptop thinking I didn't need to subscribe to anything I am confused just because of supposedly this happening in I do have a number that says it a direct # to agent XXX XXX-XXXX I gave them credit card info thinking that would be safer then my banking info I called my credit card company & they cancelled my card effective 2-21- I just have a sinking felling that I've taken my crooks I'm ready to cancel the payment of after they gave me discounts & a threat of reporting me & my info to credit bureau At one point with late fees since it was close to $900.00, I thinkI have been phished

Company claimed to be collecting a debt from June 26, I do not remember incurring that debt
On March 14, I was contacted by phone by *** of Capital Collections, WUniversity Drive, Tamarac, Florida, phone XXX-XXX-XXXX Mr*** said his company was collecting a debt I had incurred with PC Advanced Care on June 26, The debt was for $649.99, but he would waive the late fees and I only needed to pay $
I told Mr*** I had never received any bills from PC Advanced Care and did not know I owed them money I asked for details of the services I had received, and Mr*** said that the debt had been "auctioned off," and that Capital Collections had no information on the services provided, just that there was a debt
Mr*** stated that if I did not pay the debt, the debt would be forwarded to small claims court that afternoon
