We were hired to remove and replace the existing countertop in the *** KitchenThe counters were properly supported and fastened to the existing cabinetsIt is an unusual problem to have a cabinet fail and it is our opinion that the
failure was not caused from the work we performedOther circumstances could cause the cabinet's to fail such as water damage or a heavy weight pushing from the side forcing it off of its foundationWhen Mr*** called us we had our crew scheduled to go help them with the situationThen Mr*** suggested that the issue they had was our fault and that we should be responsible for replacing her cabinetsWe were more than willing to come assist as we would be with any of our clients yet we didn't feel he was being fair with his assessmentWe have done hundreds of similar counters and have never had the cabinets fail due to the new countertop installation
