Mr *** is complaining on behalf of his signifcant other Mrs*** ***.When Mr*** called to cancel the program, we cancelled his service immediately.
As by reading the attachment, that is in our notes, along with the call records from the clientWe called
customer May 4th,to give her an update on her case, and what items we were
working on for her, but we got no answerOn June the 5th we provided her a credit analysis, and she advised us that, she wanted us to work
on a medical bill that wasn't her billAnd that a family member used her social security number.
She never asked nor corresponded by email, that she was cancelling her service.
When Mrs*** signed up, in the program she requested us to use the same payment informationA month after on June 29th we contacted the customer to give her a further update, and she requested
that, she will call back in a hour and that she was busyOn July 6th, Mrs *** *** significant other
called and requested a refund for his significant other, and said that she called to cancel, but based upon
our records and conversations with her, she never requested to cancel.
We cancelled Mrs, *** profile, due to to her husband, requesting that his debit card not be on file for her caseIf Mrs*** *** want to remain as a client, she will have to provide us a, updated debit card for her case.
Mrs*** was also contacted on July 7th, but there was no answer

It's with great pleasure that I highly recommend Capital Credit Protection. In less than 3 months my credit score improved. I have now started to receive credit card offers, lower car interest rates etc. If you're looking for a fresh start give them a call!

Ms. [redacted] was well aware that she was speaking with Capital Credit Protection, when she was contacted for her update. She attempted to receive services from Capital Credit Protection without consulting her spouse. Mr [redacted]. As requested we cancelled Mr [redacted]s profile. Mrs [redacted]s services were rendered, which states in our policy, that there is a associated cost. Neither profiles are linked together. Mr [redacted] stated that he wanted to pay for his services, as well as his spouse. When repairing a clients credit score, "removing derogatory items from credit reports" each case is different".
Also there is no way for us to know that she applied for an apartment, which we ask customers not to do, because it slows down the process of raising clients credit scores. We as a organization at CCP, contacts clients every month as protocol, to give an update on there case.
