We received the vehicle Title in the mail on Monday, July 3, 2017. As you can see per the attachment, MrsE*** notary forgot to stamp the back of the Title which doesn't make it valid to transfer into another name. We got that situation handled with the stamp and on July 10,
(days after receiving the non stamped title), we mailed Mrs*** a check in her name, made out in the amount of $400. We had to make sure we could get the title transferred into Advanced Transmission's name before we were going to mail her a check, and her notary not stamping the title is why the check didn't go in the mail the same day we received the title

We have contacted the customer by phone and are working on reconciling the problem or issues he may haveWe will stay in contact with customer until issue is solved
