response is incorrect.  The owner never told me the shed was not available -- I challenge him to provide any evidence (email, text, any written correspondence) substantiating that claim.The owner took my money and held it for nearly four months.  He rarely answers the "business phone", almost never returns messages, and lies about nearly everything.I have received a refund after having my credit card company contact the seller and after speaking with the police department in his county.  Without that action and the help of the Revdex.com, the company would still be sitting on my money.I believe that this company is a fraud, and that the owner is a common thief.

I spoke with the customer on 8/** and informed her that the product is beginning to roll out the sheds are custom-made to order and do take a little time. I inform the customer that she will have her shed within a weeks time.

I purchased a Dakota Hard top Gazebo April **, 2016 and I waited a whole month and still no delivery. I was also charged for a cover for the Gazebo that I didn't want and it took Angelo a month to refund my money $200.00 back in my account. Now I'm still waiting $1089.00 refund for a gazebo I never received. It is now June and I had to buy another gazebo locally to replace the one that never came. I have been in regular contact with Angelo every week and he keeps promising me that he will refund my money and I'm still waiting!!!!??????????

There are five different size greenhouses, one of which was smaller than what the customer had ordered and the rest will larger. I explained to the customer that there's a $2000 difference between smaller greenhouse and the one he purchase. I apologize to him and explained that the prices that...

were inserted were in obvious mistake, there is an obvious discrepancy in price and that it was not a sale price simply honest mistake. He refused to even listen to my explanation. I continued to explain to him that we did not intend to deceive or misrepresent the product in any way. It was simply an honest mistake. He didn't care. He just wanted to capitalize on a honest mistake. In our disclaimers. Review: I ordered a shed from this place on 8/**/15. I have not heard anything from them since my order. I have sent emails and tried calling them. The first time I called, a guy answered and took my info and told me he would call me back with the status of my order. He never called back so I tried calling him again. I called the rest of the day and never got an answer. I want my order to be shipped or a refund so I can buy it somewhere else.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order.
