At no time during my transactions with *** ***'s office was I informed that I was paying a discounted rateI did have insurance and *** ***'s office was aware of this when they sent me to a local specialist in December At this time, *** ***'s office should have asked that I return the newly purchased contacts (that did not fit properly anyway), knowing that I would need to order new contacts after being treated by the specialist*** ***'s office should have returned that initial payment in DecemberThere was never a discussion nor did I agree to any discounts to replace the cost of the first pair of contacts purchased.
