We have spoken to Mr*** today and explained that for our warranty company to consider replacing his engine we will need to have an Oil Consumption Test performed. Unfortunatly, we cannot just go on the word of a service department that the vehicle needs a new engine.
Mr*** agreed to have the test performed. *** says that using a quart of oil every miles is acceptable.Once we have the results we will know what our next step is. I will keep you informed of our progress.Thanks,*** ***Vice President and General Manager, Capital Eurocars
