We needed a new ice maker for my Kenmore refrigerator so I called Little Elm appliance which we found out is now ran by total applianceWe arranged for them to come out and fix our ice makerHe came out to replace the ice maker the technicians name is [redacted] He came out and replaced the ice maker on May 17th , weeks later we noticed icicles were forming in the freezer and upon closer inspection we noticed a crack on the outside of the icemakerThis is were the water was leakingWe then placed the call for them to come out and look at it, they would say that they would be out to fix it, but then they didn't come out, so I kept calling once a day or so and they would tell me that they would be outWhen we called them about the fourth time, they said that my check was no good and that they did not get paidI looked at my online banking and saw where the check had cleared my bank, so they brought us a copy of the check, and it was not even ours, was not even our address, I

Called a repair line I got from the internet [redacted] on 4/13/I got a call from [redacted] and he came out later that day to take a look at my Microwave that was not heatingStated that he had to order a part and charged my credit card for the parts and servicesI have a copy of the chargesHe did call the next day and say he forgot to get the part and would come on Monday 4/18/No call,no showI have called his phone number several times and left messages when I couldIt usually states that the mailbox is full
