which has our no show policy printed clearly on the card. Our no show policy is also clearly posted at both check out windows. [redacted] was assessed at $40 no show fee for missing his second appointment. Since [redacted] failed to contact our office or pay the $90 balance due on his account, the account was sent to collections as is our office policy. [redacted] did not contact our office until after he received notice from the collection attorney. [redacted] has been informed that he must address all correspondence to the collection attorney going forward. His balance due has now accrued interest and attorney's fees which he agreed to be responsible for when he signed the "Financial Agreement" at his first office visit.

Review: had cataract surgery on 2-20-2012. paid for all office visits and services before surgery including deductibles. without notice in January of 2014 they billed me for $150 with the explanation that an in house audit revealed I owed them $150. Trying to collect on an unsubstantiated bill two years later is unethical. I told them I was a senior on a limited income but threatened me with collections. I paid them $75 but I think this should settle the bill in full. They made the mistake and not me. They keep billing me for the other $75.00Desired Settlement: Leave me alone and eat their mistake by settling for the $75.00 I have already paid them
