Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10632902, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I find it very uncomfortable and I am very sensitive about the fact that Adam N*** and Dan O'*** have discussed my business and myself with someone who DOES NOT work for the Neary Group and who allegedly had seen me in common area (like a parking lot?)Regardless of that person conflicts (and to date I have no idea who they were and it does not matter), it is not acceptable to breach confidentialityTo protect myself in the future, to cover me from potential harm of Adam and/or Dan discussing me and my state of business with ANY OTHER person who could possibly see me in ANY common areas, and to prevent another leak of my personal information from Dan and Adam, I would like to have a singed and notarized non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements from both Adam N*** and Daniel O'***

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised, the notes that were taken during the meeting were shredded upon the decision to not take consumer on as a client.  This decision was made due to a conflict with an existing colleague of ours who saw this consumer in a common area before and after...

meeting.  No information about this consumer was disclosed to our colleague from us at any point.
