I have to say that I am not very happy about this complaint. I had taken care of this customer in the most timely fashion. She was refunded the day I received the copy of her email. There is no matter to take care of, it was taken care of on 5/5/2015. It may not have appeared on her account right...

Review: I signed up for a membership with this gym and it was to start 3/24/14 and expire 4/24/15, yet I was charged 5/5/15 for a monthly membership fee. I emailed the person in charge of memberships and billings about two to three months before my membership expired to make sure it would not automatically renew and never received a response. I emailed after I noticed the 5/5/15 charge and was told there was nothing they could do about it and I would not receive a refund and all that they could do was to cancel my membership.Desired Settlement: I would like this $44 monthly charge refunded to my account from which it was taken and I would like to not have to pay a $100 cancelling fee because my membership expired and was not cancelled.
