I am rejecting this response because: what the Dealer is stating is false, as discussed with the seller at the time of sale, the vehicle was to be taken to Discount tire the following day, as he implied that the back tire was either bad, a bent rim or out of balanceHe stated that the vehicle would be able to be used as a good vehicle with the replacement of the master cylinder ( what his mechanic stated that was wrong with the brakes) and the tire replacementwe took the vehicle to Discount tire the next morning, this is when the cracked, rotten frame was discoveredthe dealer was called that same day,and a message was left (as no answer was received) detailing what Discount tire showed us and what was wrong with the frame, and that it was unfixablethe Dealer never responded to the callThe dealer was called each day for aprox weeks, a detailed message was left each time, it was quite clear what was wrong with the vehicle and that we wanted to bring it back and get a refundour calls were never answered and always went to voice mail and no one ever returned our callsfinally about weeks later, another voice message was left, and we stated we would seek taking the seller to court, then the next day are call was returned..it was never stated we just didn't want the car and just wanted our money back..the dealer was given the details againhe would only say as is, don't care, don't careNo used car window sticker was displayed on the vehicle, or any type of information at allso it was unclear if the dealer offered a warranty or as is without a warranty or even a limited warranty I believe a vehicle that's sold as a vehicle should be able to be used for that purpose, this vehicle should of never of been sold to be on the road or even a salvage until fixed properly

Not having received response to date, called to get business response -- spoke to owner Salam.Salam points out that the vehicle in question was purchased "as is" under Minnesota Used Car Warranty Law, that Mrs *** and her son were aware of various condition issues with the vehicle at the time of
purchase, and that the customer signed off on all required "as is" / 'Buyer's Guide' disclosures, etc.He says that when Mrs ***'s son first contacted him about vehicle issues, he simply said he did not want the car anymore, and asked that Salam come pick up the car and "give me my money."Salam says the business will sometimes attempt to work with customers on repairs on a goodwill basis, but that this was a $vehicle purchased "as is," and the business will not be able to refund any money at this time
