sales person lied about features car had. Would not provide paper which listed them. Called me a liar about items and more importantly lied about caBought 2011 Ford Explorer in dec 2015 sales person agreed to fix some issue on car like cracks on window trim etx. When car was taken in they called me a liar about crack would not fix mirror that was broken and I asked for paper that list car features and they wouldn't not supply to me. My number one item was I needed navigation on car because of sports with kids and sales person said it has navigation. When I pulled screen it showed something that looked like navigation but needs to be linked. When I tried to link car has NO Navigation just information only and they knew it was my number one item. They took advantage of me and all salesman will say is he was a new sales person but that is no excuse. They need to replace module that adds navigation (1200$). I don't have because I bought the car and they said it was on car. Please help me get them to fix. When I went in for help and explained I was convened and upset the tech guy asked me what was I going to do about it. This is definite not what I want because of a lot of reasons he is looking into finding another car that has the navigation system and same upgrades that I have now one problem is it will more than like cost more and I can't afford more that is why I was so excited to find he car I have with the features which was suppose to include navigation at the price I got on it. The only thing is I'm afraid to close case because nothing has been resolved yet. I need resolution soon. Need to travel Friday to game and will be out late and no navigation on my car. I'm not sure how long they will look for me or what they will find color wise and feature wise. I'm just so distressed about situation. Hope to hear back from them soon with something but no resolution yet.
