Bought a used car from the dealership in SpringWas not informed at the time that the car did not come with a block heater, which is usually something that is expected to be included as our Winnipeg winters hit below degreesUpon winter, after realizing that the car could not be plugged in, I called the dealership back to ask how they can help with this issueI got hung up on the first time I called, and had to call back to have them tell me that their manager was out and they would call me back ASAPDidn't hear back from them for the rest of the weekCalled them back myself to realize that the manager (Rob) has been in for a few days already and just never bothered to get back to me about the issueAfter hearing my situation, Rob said that there is no way they would install the block heater for free and that I would have to pay for the installation as it wasn't their faultRob said he would try to get me a deal with the service department, and they would call me back as it was saturday and the service department was closedI received a missed call and a voicemail on monday from the service departmentAs I tried calling them back, it would go straight to voicemailI tried for the rest of the week, and no answer, just voicemailI was finally able to reach them, and talked to Jeff, to find out that I would still have to pay well over $After I told Jeff that I would deal with another services business to have the installation as the prices are cheaper and easier to get a hold of the businesses, he proceeded to give me attitudeThe overall dealership is not customer friendly what so ever, I do not recommend dealing with them
