If you need your Ford serviced, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I have a F-with a CEL on, so I figured that I would take it to Capital Ford for a full diagnostic and then do the work myself once the "experts" had told me exactly what is wrongI had no idea that I would be dealing with a lying crook by the name of *** The diagnostic was supposed to be $110, but when I picked my truck up yesterday, they charged me $Why??? Under further investigation,*** tells me that they had to add oil to my truck because it only had a quart in it when I brought it inFirst off, I was never asked, nor did I authorize anyone to add anything or do anything to my truck besides a diagnosticSecondly, what Mr*** did not know was that less than hours before dropping off my truck, I had done a full oil/filter change where I put in quarts of oil, as per the manual's instructionsDid it leak out quarts of oil in less than a full day? Of course notAnd besides the fact that I know that didn't happen, the diagnostic report I received clearly states "NO MAJOR OIL LEAKS FOUND." I didn't even argue the issue too much because I figured $bucks wouldn't hurt me and it was worth the loss if it meant that I got my truck back and never had to come near Capital Ford againWhat a shame!
Don't GO THERE ! I went to get my Taurus fixed after a week under their care and diagnostic s being run I got my car back after 3 days it was broken down again after I had just spent $1400 on repairs, these CROOKS finally tell me after another week of having my car that its another issue that will cost me So I'm getting it towed as far away from them as possible specifically a man by the name of ANDREW told me if he was I he wouldn't have it repaired with them, worst customer service ever!
