Submitted by Lori [redacted], Sales Manager? We responded to the homeowner / contractor's request to address the issue of the crack that developed in their fireplace mantle, agreeing to pull it out and repair it? After reviewing the details, we found their original design would not be
suitable for reinstall and developed an alternate plan for repair / replacement? Immediately following the removal, a large complicated project was released into our production facility, which delayed the completion of this project? We were unable to provide a confirmed installation date as a result of this? This information was not properly communicated to the contractor / client.I spoke with our contractor last Friday about the project and reached out to the homeowner via email, urging her to contact me directly? We spoke amicably this morning and she was satisfied that we are to complete the project tomorrow? Her main concern appeared to be the lack of proper communication which has been resolved
