I am rejecting this response because: Of course we got the phone number from the sign never said it was not thereI said sign was turned around so you could not see it as you entered the parking lotThe lot was not clearly markedIf the sign was properly displayed, why was it fixed after we pointed it outNext step will be small claims court where we will sue for amount of tow fee plus punitive

We are a private facility and our parking lots are very clearly marked. This person is not a member of The Club and therefore are not entitled to park at our facility. It's very clear that this person was fully aware of the signage as thet called the number for the tow company on the
sign to retrieve their car
