Fireplace repair not completed. vendor will not return calls/emails. Payment has been completed.I contracted with vendor on Dec 12,2013 to fix my gas fireplace and the agreement was there would be no charge if not fixed. Work was performed and initially fireplace worked, but repair man didn't think it would last long and thought I needed a new valve. Told me to use it through the holidays and let him know. 2 weeks later fireplace no longer worked, called vendor twice before I finally reached him, he instructed me to to send him an email so he wouldn't lose track of it. after 2 emails and 3 more phone calls vendor will not respond and has cashed my check. I would like my $ back.Desired SettlementI want my $150 returned.
