Dear Ms [redacted] ,I am in receipt of the complaint filed with the Revdex.com, thank you for taking the time to mail it to us We appreciate the opportunity to respond.First , allow me to explain who we are and what services we provide; Capital Home is a Document Preparation company We prepare documents for clients that are requesting a Loan Restructure with their lender We will advocate in their behalf for a better financial position with the lender We guarantee our work, however, all our clients are made aware we cannot guarantee what results as we work alongside their lender and must follow all lender guidelines.Nonetheless, these clients do not receive exactly what they would like to receive and that is when they try to place blame on our work.Mr [redacted] came to us in October of for Loan Restructure Mr [redacted] submitted two loans for restructureThroughout this month’s we had to wait and make their lender wait for documents that the lender requested that Mr [redacted] would take a while to respond to us We obtained an approval however he did not like it, we appealed which took more time, he did not like the appeal either The approval by his lender is based on his ability to pay When we submit a package for loan restructure, the client must submit income verification and present expenses so that the lender can review and place him in a payment that he can afford.Attached is our Service agreement which he signed agreeing to all terms Also I am attaching a copy of the Approval Capital Home obtain in their behalf.Clients expect us to do the work for months and when they do not receive what they want they want their money back We have a staff to pay and a business to run and we cannot work for free for months on end for these people to want to continue not paying their mortgage and living for free This client has been in constant communication with our processing team and other members of our staff as well.We strive to give all our clients excellent customer service and if we are at fault we have no problem refunding their money.I hope I have covered all concerns at hand and that you will close this complaint out and notify us, If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call my officeBest Regards, [redacted] Contact:949-346- Fax:657-888-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[ The comments made that we did not submit our documents on a timely fashion is certainly untrue.  I have all email correspondence that I can prove that we submitted all documents.  In January,  [redacted]e offered us a repayment plan that had nothing to do with [redacted].  As a matter of fact capital advocacy told us to deny that offer. And send all information to them.  I also have in my possession those email correspondence. We have been in contact with [redacted] from [redacted].  He is the senior supervisor and is willing to talk to the Revdex.com about all the correspondence between them and capital home.  He said that our modification was denied in December.   We are still getting emails stating that this company is working on the modification which is untrue because [redacted] already told us that it was denied. I also had these emails available for you.

This company did something for my wife and I that was truly unimaginable. Our mortgage loan was way pass due about 2 years. Capital Home Advcacy Center were able to place us in a Modification and help lower our mortgage payment to place us in a better position with our Mortgage.

We're so grateful and this is such a tremendous benefit, that to this day. I still have a hard time believing that it is in fact a reality and nothing will / can change that. .Thank You. I also recommend this company to anyone who wants their mortgage situation resolved.

God Bless the wonderful people at CHAC. Capital Home had helped me save my home and becoming homeless. Their customer service team was so attentive and understanding. Ms. Elizabeth Helped me understand my options, and also worked on my file diligently and promptly meeting all my lenders guideline. Therefor I owe them this. I was also honored to do their testimonial.
