Recently I had Chris and his crew come in and remodel my kitchen and install new cabinets and granite and remodel my sunroom and build a deckCapital was nothing but professional and respectful of some of the changes I made mid project and I'm very happy with the work they did

The owner of this company was contracted approximately two months ago to come out and replace a storm drain in my drivewayHe arrived along with his Foreman and proceeded to dig up the old storm drain and replace it with a new poly plastic drainAnd covered that with gravelSeveral days after the replacement there was a storm rain and it washed away most of the gravel and approximately one-half of the length of the drain was uncovered by the waterContacted the owner and was informed that he would get with foreman and they would come out and they would correct and fix this to my satisfactionAfter speaking to foreman I was told they would come out and fix this and put a larger size gravel around it and pack it down to avoid it being washed out in the next rainSince that time I have spoke to foreman and left multiple multiple messages and have received no additional responsesI have driven by their place of business and observed their vehicles and equipment but still have received no additional contact from themAt this point it appears I will have to pursue whatever legal means I have to recover what was promised in the first placeI do not recommend that anyone would do business with this individual or this company do to their lack of being responsive and fulfilling their contractual obligations

This company installed a new roof on our home They did a wonderful job! We then asked them to replace all the windows & siding They only use top quality materials, and the work was completed in a timely manner Our utility bills dropped in half with those new windows! They also built a room on the back of the house, along with a back deck We were very pleased with their work and we highly recommend them for any remodel job or for building a new home You won't be disappointed!

I was lead to believe things that were not true intentionallyThey disrespectfully treated the rest of my home leaving trash, cigarettes, and construction trash everywhereThe project was horrendously managed, with multiple people dropping the ballIn the end, they went way over costs (50%+) and therefore cut costs secretly wherever they couldWe ended up with unsanded poor quality wood for all edging and shelves, unlevel and crooked lines everywhere, and though they had to redo all of the tile due to incorrect installation TWICE, it is still not going to stay, and the grout is flaking awayWe are going to have to file a claim with insuranceNot to mention the project took 7x longer than guaranteed, and we had no home over ChristmasThen, they disappeared for their vacations and left us with backing up pipesAppallingly horrible service and productSTAY FAR AWAY

We have used Capital Home Improvement for three major projects over the past yearsThey have replaced our roof and gutters, removed existing story rear deck and replaced with beautiful expanded covered deck and porch, replaced boat dock roof and custom painted the boat dock and lake deck, plus remodeled our kitchenChris and his team (especially Gary and Larry) have great design ideas for your project and can literally do anything! They are great people and their work is A+!
