then sent to be stained and finished. Rather than inconvenience them many times with little items we decided to complete all when cabinetry was ready. Very sorry it took so long. We really enjoyed working with [redacted] during the build process and hopefully she is happy with her new home and all the additions now that they are completed.

I am disappointed that Capital Homes, LLC continues to not take responsibility for there lack of completing a home in a timely matter. I would not have submitted my claim to Revdex.com if all matters were taken care from July20,2015. As a custom home builder we did make several changes but majority where ignored or "just forgotten"; exterior lights, cabinets, handicapped entry ways and much more. Capital Homes,LLC did complete most of the issues on July30,2015 but other issues we decided to cut our losses and be done. We have paid "out of our pocket" to fix holes in ground, unlevel backyard, sprinkler system, smoke dector, paint touch-ups inside and out, plugins not working etc. Do Not Give Capital Homes, LLC any $$$ until everything is COMPLETED so you don't have to wait 3 months to get projects completed after he takes the money and runs.
The most frustrating issue is Capital Homes , LLC is building several new home just down the street from my home. Every time I called, texted his response well the "guys" are so behind. Totally unprofessional when he is working on other new homes in my neighborhood I see everyday but he can't finish a home he has already been paid just a block away?
