We received a letter from Revdex.com the guest check in on 8/13/around 3:pm then between 5:- pm the guest said we do not want to stay can I get our money backI told the guest not full back we can give you $backGuest said I will call you back then ($171) guest didn't call back thenHe
check out around 8:pmWe check guest used Jacuzzi and soap towel and our productThey didn't come same time to front desk , if room is dirty we going to give full refund then after hoursThey complain after or hours

We did not stay at all or use the hot tub. Also they were fined by the health department for mold and other issues. I also included an attachment we checked un to bestwestern at 3 so there times are off also.
