This letter is in response to your letter dated December 26, regarding a complaint you received identified as #***.The complainant is a resident of our property located in Arlington, VirginiaUpon moving into the building last spring, the resident signed a Parking Addendum which clearly

I am rejecting this response because:
On my lease it states improperly licensed witch I understood as my license plate but not my inspectionInspection is a police job to tow my car not my leasing officeIf my car was parked on street police can call and get it towed, but my car was parked with parking permit and valid tags in my apartment complex parking lot And I did not get any notice from them before they towed itWhen I went to the leasing office the next day I was told by the property manager that they will refund my money, they also told me to drive back to the towing company to get my refund and I didThey wasted my time twice by driving back and forthNot only I paid, but The towing company receptionist was very disrespectful toward meMy apartment complex has nothing to do with the legal systemThis issue is now with my landlordThey are the one who allowed this towing company to tow my carWhen I went to get my refund, the towing owner said, the property manager told them to refund only other cars and she never mentioned my carSo that means they refund other cars expect mineIt is not fair by any mean
