Excellent customer service! I am very glad I found Capital Kidz on amazon I was buying a gift (stroller) for a military family overseas and they were extremely helpful with sorting out the shipping Their service was prompt and courteous and made on-line shopping very easy Prices were competitive with others but the service really stood out for me I would highly recommend Capital Kidz to a friend

Any other suggestions? To Whom This May Concern, [redacted] contacted Capital Kidz via phone because, as she was trying to purchase an item from our Amazon store, she received an error message which read: "The item in your shopping cart is no longer available for sale because the Seller has sold out." When she called us, we apologized and explained that this was not in our controlWe politely said that we would add more stock to our Amazon inventory so that she could place her orderMsLerner was Lipset because she was required to enter her credit card information a second time.Best Regards,Abraham F

I am rejecting this response because:The picture Capital Kid is painting is utter fabricationAs a frequent customer familiar with online transactions I understand that occasionally there are software hiccups and/or stock issuesI was never upset because I had to enter my credit card information more than once, I was however extremely upset that it took me & half hours approximately to order stock that continuously advertised as available and instantly became out of stock when you went to purchase because they directed you to another avenue to buy a more expensive versionThe operation was very scam like, the company was unapologetic initiallyAfter several long and time ladden email correspondences the representative from the company assured me that that is not their practice, begged me not to leave bad customer reviews specially not complaints using specific wordage such as scamAt that time the company representative made every effort to explain to me they understood my frustration and my multiple hours of effort and energy to obtain this extremely expensive product, and that because they valued my business and wanted to make it right as a company who "supposably values each and every customer", insisted that they make it right and worth my time, effort, and very patient nature by providing me with a large discount for my troublesAlthough initially reserved about continuing to purchase from the company the representative assured me everything was on its way regarding the shipping process and I would be handsomely rewarded for my continued faith in a companyAs soon as the company received notice that I had received the product they no longer wanted to work with me, stopped returning my emails and made it a struggle to contact themExtremely patient and polite as I have owned my own business and I understand that sometimes there are bumps in the road, and when they finally did respond they basically told me in a matter of speaking that they were no longer concerned with making it right financially seeing as I received my product they and had also already taken the money from my credit card account, because it has been so long and I had received the product I had no recourse via *** and as such I was no longer a concern for being detrimental to their business practicesThey basically laughed in my faceAlthough that damaged my ego and my faith in my fellow man, that is not what this is aboutI do not want others to have to go to the struggles I went through, I do not want others to be lied to and mocked, I think it is extremely unprofessional to treat people as if they matter only so long as the company feels you're a threat to their highly illegal business practicesThis company is guilty of bait and switch as well as out and out lying to its customer base who are just honest parents looking for the safest most cost effective options to keep their child safeIt is despicable
