Capital Krav Maga

Review: I was a member of Capitol Krav Works in [redacted] for over a year until I requested cancelation in June of 2013. I asked for my account to be closed in person, and was assured that it had been. The company operates on direct withdrawal from my checking account, and has still not ceased to bill me, even after I have contacted the company several times. I just received a charge against my account for the month of February 2014 - that is 8 months I have been billed for at $89.10 a month after being assured my account would be closed. That is $712.80 in total charges that I have been assessed in spite of my requests to close the account.

My only issue is with KravWorks' billing practices. Everything else about the company was forthright.Desired Settlement: As directed, I have written multiple times to the company in question requesting a refund and closure of my account. I personally want a full refund; I had to request a closure multiple times while a member, and in the end I was only told my account was not closed. A refund for charges incurred while my account was "canceled" is due and proper.
