Capital Leads

I was contacted by [redacted] of Capital Leads LLC on 4/23/15 to improve the Search Engine Optimization of my existing website. We agreed to a 60-day trial in which the site would be reworked with content & SEO'd to improve rankings/visibility. On 4/30 I was told that it could be easier and beneficial to just re-do your website. We wont charge any additional for this. The new site which was little more than my original site went live on 5/11. There were numerous errors on the site (i.e.incorrect contact information, broken email links, photos with terrible resolution, xtremely poor grammar). After repeated emails it took until May 20th to get the phone number on the site corrected. I received limited responses from Mr. [redacted] at this point regarding the progress of the site. On 6/2 I was told that [redacted] would be taking over my account and he was going to correct the written consent errors and photos on the site. This did not happen until 6/16 because according to [redacted] he did not have the credentials for my website. He further explained that he was unfamiliar with the resource which was used to build the site and does not do SEO. Coincidently on 6/16 I received a phone call from the account manager at [redacted] who could not get in touch with Capital Leads LLC concerning the poor quality of the [redacted] campaign that they set up. It was explained to me that the lack of quality work done by Capital Leads LLC was preventing any sort of search results. When you [redacted] the name of my company all that shows up is a link to the [redacted] page that I created and requested they added to my site (still not added as of 6/19). I was promised access to the Dashboard and the credentials to my site in early May. As of 6/19 I still have yet to receive access or credentials from Capital Leads LLC. If I do not hear back from Capital Leads LLC I will dispute 100% of the charges on my card.Product_Or_Service: Marketing and SEODesired SettlementI want access to my site and a 50% or $425 refund for the second half of the 60 day trail. I will not continue my service with them. If this results in them removing the site I paid for then I want 100% of the $850 I paid for the product to be refunded. Our company prides on quality work and we feel as though the redesign of the website would help your SEO. After going live with the site in May, there has just not been enough time to properly SEO your website to increase your rankings. We will be sending you 50% of your funds back to your card. Consumer Response According to my original web host[redacted] I can not transfer the web page that was re-created at [redacted] and use any of the SEO content that was created. Although I am losing time and money I will accept a refund of $425 and close my case once it is processed. As of 7/6/15 no refund has been processed.
