Review: This dispute is in regards to a billing situation that the company is refusing to acknowledge or speak to us in a manner that allows us to handle this problem. On Thursday, 7/9/2015, I had a property that was broken into over night. I had someone notify me of this while out of town. We notified the police and contacted a locksmith that was available to get there within a few hours. The charge quoted over the phone was for $19 a lock for a re-key plus service charge. The total cost was suppose to be under $80. If any changes were to occur this company mentioned they would contact me, who is the only authorized person for this call. No call was ever received till the job was completed and they put through a charge of $531. When asked why this bill jumped so high they mentioned it was because of the job needing to be completed. They did not re-key 3 locks like originally quoted, but only 2 and in the process broke a piece on the antique lock which I was not informed about. I noticed this laying on the ground when I arrived back in town. While trying to resolve this dispute the company only raises their voice to us calling us liars. They refuse to speak with us and continually put us on hold for 10 mins at a time to ignore the situation. Finally when asked to speak to a manager several different times, they hung up on us. Attached is a yelp review that we did not see till later about the same situation which is under the tab of "One review that is not currently recommended.[redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like them to hold true to what is quoted of $78. I have called back before and asked about their pricing for the exact situation of 3 locks and they gave me the same $19/lock and would call if anything changes. They also did this to the lady in the [redacted] review and who knows how many others. Please help stop this company from doing things like this.I have included a copy of the only bill sent to me and this is not my signature. I was 6.5 hours away and this is only a scribble.
