She was instructed to leave indoor fan running and shut outdoor unit off , the technician set this up each visit and when we he returned it would be just the opposite each time , so this is way I told her insurance I would not be returning

Mrs.*** I'm sorry for any discomfort or lack of communication and would like to offer you a free preventive maintenance for this fall and next spring I would come out and tend to these two visits personally, and I truly apologize

because:As I stated in my original response ***'s worker's NEVER gave me any instructions, they are the ones who said they turned off the units and as the 'experts' I trusted them to do what they are paid to doAt no point did I go behind them and sabotage or undermine the work they were trying to do when I am sitting in a house that exceeds degreesI did not touch anything after they leftAs an owner *** himself never called me and talked to me directly to find out what the problem was or send a more experienced technician to the house to troubleshoot the problemHe's saying he told my insurance company he wasn't coming back out but he never bothered to call and contact me the customer and I never had a conversation with him
