Capital Nail

Review: I went to Capital Nails Salon on October 28, 2015 have service, I was told by the person who did my nails that my bill was 53.00. I then gave her my debit card she came back with two receipt she asked me too sign one, I noticed that it was a receipt that I had a problem with at another business so I drew a line through the tip part and gave it back to her I then gave her 5.00 for a tip and gave the other lady who have did my feet a 5.00 tip also, she then gave me the other receipt. I left after about 20 minutes. later that night I checked my balance on my account and noticed that she had charged me 63.60. I went back the next day and asked her why was my debit card charged an extra 10.60 she told me that it was nothing they can do it was how the machine was set up.This is not the first time this had happen too me at this business. And it have happen to other people's who had used their debit card there.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to give me my money back and for them to not be able to charge a person debit card for tips, unless a person are willingly to give them one or it is posted that they are charging them for a tip.
