This is the worst place I have ever done business with, I am currently in the process of suing the owner for selling me a lemon & did not care to reinburse me for the money I had to kick out the same day I left the lot with the vehicleI had to purchase a new alternator no more than hours after I had the vehicle, on top of the fact that they stripped the vehicle before giving it to meThe owner then told me all vehicles are sold as is & it wasn't her fault I lived far away & she was only going to put $towards the ending balance of what was a over $repair cost, That's not even half of itI hope this keeps anyone else from doing business with this companyThey are scam artist and do not deserve your hard earned money

The signs in front of the business say, "BUY HERE, PAY HERE"But this is not the factThey sold my contract to an outside company called Ace Motor Acceptance CorpI made my first payment, a week early, directly to the car lotThey never mentioned that they had already sold my loanThen the loan company starting calling my job and my cell saying they never got my paymentI told them that I paid it to the car lotWhen I went to the car lot, the owner got mad because I wanted to know who this company was, and why are they calling my jobThey act all bothered when I come thereI chose a buy here, pay here place on purposeThey were very polite when I was giving them they down payment to get the carNow it's like I just *** them offIf you don't want customers making their payments to you, take down the signs that say "PAY HERE"And warn your customers that you are going to sell their contracts

Bought 2 cars the same day and both of them were pieces of junk. One car didn't make it 10 miles before it broke down. The second car couldn't even pass inspection, it took over a week for them to get the parts to fix the car so it would pass. Was told that the car would be fixed or we would we get a refund. She is an angel when she is taking the money. We gave her $7500 on day one. It says buy here pay here, but she still went through a finance company. now we are paying over $7500 for a car valued at what was put down. She is the shadiest person don't let the fake smile fool you. Bad business practices, your word is supposed to be your bond. Her word is worth a sack of pennies. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

was sold a lemon from a dealership owner is refusing to cooperate w/ any repairs/placing in a new vehicle was told I have warranty but will not coveri recently purchased a vehicle March 5 2015 from Capital One Auto Brokers. The first time I saw the car the battery was dead they charged the battery and the cars gas light was on. I was told that the dealer couldnt put gas in the car so I would have to test drive it with what was in it. after driving down the street I came back and purchased the car it had minor issues air bag light on gas door wouldnt close no radio but dealer ([redacted]) informed me that I could schedule a day to come back and all of that would be fixed. as I was leaving the lott the check engine light came on (my mechanic recently told me that if the battery isnt on that it can cause the check light to be off for a certain amount of time) I called the dealership immediately and spoke with [redacted] he informed me it was probably just a fuse and that when I came back it would be fixed. a week later I came back to the dealership and the owner was there she informed me that none of the issues would be fixed and that [redacted] was not one of her employees and that I could leave the car there and she would refund me only $100 or to take the car to a shop and if it was any problem with the engine or eletrical that it would be covered under warranty. 04/6/15 a car payment of 325.01 was made to capitol one auto brokers and my vehicle tags where recieved from them two weeks later I was receiving phone calls from some autopay company saying my payment was late I called capital one auto and was told that they didnt have to report to anyone and that I was there customer, she was very rude so my husband had to talk to her for me she later said she would email them and inform them that she did receive payment (she still hasnt informed anyone as of 04/29/15) she also informed my husband of what my warrant was good for engine/electrical the car was taking to the shop after a consist burning odor was bein smelled on 04/24/15 on 04/29/15 [redacted] informed me that the car had over 7000 dollars worth of work needed and that the warranty company refused to cover the cost because it was more than the car was worth itself. the Mechanic told me that it was no way that this vehicle could have passed inspection within the last year and that it needed to be returned to the dealership because it wasnt save to drive! I call capitol One Auto Brokers and had my husband speak to the owner she was rude and said that the only bad thing around here was my credit and hung up the phone and refused to answer it after that. I am a full time dental student who is currently pregnant I also work and so does my husband we share this vehicle with a car payment of 325 a month. I am asking that I am ethier fully reimbursed or put in a safe vehicle for me and my family.Desired Settlementi would like to be reimbursed or put in a safe reliable vehicle.

Purchased a vehicle . Had it for 2 weeks, Messed up. Had the truck since end of March. Dealer said motor and transmission gone. Want give me my moneyPurchased March 2,2016. This was my 3rd vehicle from all within 1 week. I told you all that the [redacted] that you all sold me on August 8, 2015 leaked oil in my driveway. I had not driven the car since 8/15/2015. I spoke to [redacted] Tuesday-Friday about the problem. [redacted] indicated to me on Friday that you all were short of staff and she did not have anyone to pick up the car and bring it back so your mechanic could look at it. The remainder balance was due Friday 8/21/2015. You all had the car repoed from my dad repair shop Friday 8/21/2015 but you all did not have anyone to pick the car up for repairs. I explained to [redacted] that I did not feel comfortable making the remainder payment unil you all looked at the car and repaired what was wrong. This was my third car in one week. All of the cars were garbage. The car I am referring to is the 2002 [redacted]. I purchased a [redacted] from capital one auto brokers and in the same day I had to take it back for repair and then on every other day something was going wrong with it. I told them about all the issues with the car within 30 days and I aslo had a warrant that the warranty people szaid didn't go in affect till april 15 2015 but I purchased the vehical on march 30 2015. so after the car kept messing up I told them that they needed to let me exchange this car for another due to it kept breaken down and I had to pay for the repairs even though I had a warranty. they then told me I had to pay for my title, tax, and tags all over again and I told them that I didn't due to the fact that I just paid them already for my fees for that when I got it not even 30 days ago. also the car was very dirty in the inside plus it had some one else mail in the trunck along with leaves and straw that I had to take to have detailedProduct_Or_Service: march 30,2015Account_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlementmy downpayment back plus the other cost for repairs that I shouldn't had to pay for if they really had the car checked out before they put it on the lot to sale I do have pictures and witnesses that can vouch for me.I paid 950.00 down plus another 250.00 in repairs that I had to pay for even though I had warranty. totaling altogether is 1200.00 dollars that I would like back. thank you and am not the first one to complain or make a complaint about them. they are not very professional.

Complaint Car that I purchased broke down within two weeks I was still expected to pay first payment on time after being told that they would work with me. I purchased the car on 2/18 and it broke down on 3/05.I called capital one and was told that they would tow it in because it would be cheaper for their guys to repair it than [redacted].I called Capital One on 3/06 to be told that the repairs were covered under my warranty. was given a number to warrenty company when I called company stated that they could not find my policy they would need policy number called Capital One back [redacted] informed me that he would have to look it up and call me back. This was about 9:30-10:00 in the morning. While I never received a call back from [redacted], I called him back about 4:00 that same afternoon He stated that he was busy and was working alone. I called [redacted] back on Monday morning and gave the name of the person at the dealership who had the key to the car. I called everyday to see if car had been towed in only to be given excuse after excuse. Finally I went to Capital One on Wednesday the 11th and was still being asked about where the car was. Was told by [redacted] that they had GPS in the car if it is ever stolen,but they did not use the GPS to track it for repairs. [redacted] ask me about $ for tax and tags and I told her I was not giving them anymore money and the car has broken down. The car sat at dealership for a week before capital One even tried to get it towed in for repair.I called [redacted] on Thursday and stated to him that I do not feel that I should have to make a payment on the 3/20 and I haven't driven the car a good two weeks. I was told by [redacted] that They would work with me. Well car was finally repaired on 3/16 When I went to pick up car first thing owner [redacted] asked was do you have your $ for tax and tags and repairs. I had to pay half for repairs and was never given a voucher or anything to show that repairs were done. I gave her the $ and then she said you know your payment is due 3/20 which is Friday. I told her I was told that yall would work with me since, I have not driven the car a good two weeks. She told me ma'am you have a ten day grace period and that is all we can do for you. I responded and told her ma'am customers who have driven their car for thirty days have a ten day grace period so I don't see that as you working with me. She them stated that I am not going to argue with you and worked out. In the meantime I found out that at the time of the sale My license was expired and by law they were not suppose to sale me a car. So on Monday,3/23 I went to Capital One and told [redacted] that because Of this new found Information I am requesting that they give me all of my money back. [redacted] told me yes ma'am he would get with [redacted] and give me a call. [redacted] did not call me back that day. On Tuesday morning I called [redacted] Asking had he talked to [redacted], He stated that he ran it by her briefly but she was busy and they did not have time to really take about it in depth. I went by Capital One On Wednesday to turn over the car again [redacted] told me [redacted] was not in to come back tomorrow after I got off work. I stated to [redacted] that I did not want to prolong this situation because I want to be done with the matter. Call [redacted] On Thursday and told him that I would be by received a called from [redacted] about 2:00 he stated that [redacted] had to step out but she told him what to tell me. He stated that they are willing to work with me on payment and I told [redacted] that I was on My way this is not a matter I wanted to discuss over the phone. When I got to Capital One after being told [redacted] was gone for the Day [redacted] meets me at the door being beligerant and accuse me of deceiving her staff. She stated to me that she was going to have me arrested for driving with an expired license, she called me crazy and told my husband that she feels sorry for him being married to me. Desired SettlementI feel that I deserve a refund because they broke the law by selling me a car with expired license. I requested a refund because before [redacted] knew that they had done something illegal she was not trying to work with me or hear anything I had to say. I feel her business should be investigated because I am sure this is not the first and only time illegal activity has happened in that place of business.Business Response Ms. [redacted] purchased a vehicle with a optional service agreement. The car need a belt tensioner. We did not have help her at all but we towed the vehicle and had it fixed at our cost of parts and labor. We even split the cost of the tow and the repair. She came here and asked for a extension which we give a 10-14 day extension for all customers. She came back and wanted her money back which we have a no return policy she had the car for a month already purchased her tags from DMV she got real irritated and got in the owners face we had to call the police she was trying to tell us it was illegal to sell her a car. She told the police officer that she was driving without a valid drivers license. The officer explained that a expired drivers license is the same as a Id and he asked her to leave. She was the shady one in the deal trying to extort money and to admit to a police man that she was driving without a license.Consumer Response My car broke down on March 5th. They let my car sit for a week before they even picked the car up for repairs. that is why I asked for an extention because like I tole them I had only driven the car for two weeks and it broke down.I felt that I should have my entire thiry days to drive the car before a payment was expected. [redacted] told me I only had the 10 day grace period. I told her to her face I said" maa'am people who have their car thirty days get a ten day grace period so you are not working with me. She is the one who became nasty and said that she was not going to argue with me and alked off like I was not even saying anything. That is when I felt violated as a paying customer and saught other ways of getting my money back.That is when I found out that by law they were not suppose to sell me a car with an expired license. I don't know what they sent to DMV. but I have record to show that When the car was purchased my licenses were expired but the day This incident took place My licenses were good.But [redacted] did not know that. this is not an incident that happened on one day it happened over a period of time. The officer never asked me to leave I left on my own after the offcier told me I would have to take her to court to get my money back. If the officer knew I was driving with an expired license way didn't he give me a ticket because I left driving my husband's truck. I purchased the car on February 18th. They car broke down on March 5th.They let the car sit at the dealership a whole week before they even tried to repai the car. That is the reason I felt like I should have had an extention in the first place. They did not repair the car until March 16th that is when I found out that they should not have sold me a car and I went uo there and requested my money back. The salesman [redacted] told me he would get wuth [redacted] and call me back he did not call me back that day and it was not until Thursday of that same week that he called me. That is when I told him I didn not want to discuss this over the phone I was on my way up there. That is when [redacted] who [redacted] said "was gone for the day came out the back was in my face screaming she was going to have me arrested for extortionand she choose to call the police. She also called me crazy and told my husband "that she felt sorry for him being married to me" I think we know who the shady one is here. I don't have her car but she has over $800.00 of my money for a car that I only got to drive for 3 weeks.

Bought 2 cars from this company that had pro guard warranties and both cars had extreme issues.I went to Capital One auto broker on Sept 23 rd and put 600 dollars down on a [redacted] the owner [redacted] wanted 1200.00 Deposit so she told me to come back and pay the other 600 on in two weeks on Oct 12th. I signed all the paper work necessary to drive off that day with the car everything on the car seemed to be fined. The next day Sept 24th I was driving the car and the car was stuck in 3rd gear causing the check engine light to come ans the ABS light to come on the car was driving horrible I called the car lot and the secretary [redacted] and told her that the car was messed up and I was going to be up there first thing in the morning. I arrived at Capital One and the owner [redacted] was not in I told [redacted] what was going on with the car and told her that it was not in driving condition. I purchased a pro guard warranty on the car for 6 months and it was supposed to cover mostly everything on the car if anything goes wrong within 6 months. Capital one told me to drive to there Mechanic in Franklin so I did. When I arrived at the shop the Mechanic [redacted] ran the codes to see what the Check Engine light was reading it read the the Shift Senile in the transmission was no good so he called the pro guard warranty told them what was going on and told me that I would have to leave the car for the weekend so I was furious that I had the car for not even one day and it had a 1000 dollars worth of work that needed to be done. I went all weekend without a car and they did not offer a rental or loaner car and also did not call to apologies for the inconvenience. Well I called everyday after the weekend and was getting a run around on the car. Capital One said that the warranty company had not got back with them on fixing it and that they were waiting on the to give them the green light to fix it because the are supposed to cover the car almost 1 weeks go by and my car was not fix I wanted my money back. I made several trips to the Capital to try to see what the deal was with fixing the car. The last trip which was on Oct 3rd I went there on intention on getting my money back but I talk to the owner finally after I have not heard from her at all about the situation she asked me what was going on she said that she understood my frustration and promise that the car would be fixed within 3 to 4 days and she would give me a loaner car to drive she told me not to worry about paying the other 600 down on the [redacted] until I receive back. I figured that was fair she gave me a [redacted] to drive until my [redacted] was fixed. I drove the loaner another 5 days and the car was over heating I had to put water in it the entire time I had it a big inconvenience when you have a 3 year old in the car. I called the Capital One once again [redacted] was not the I was mad that they would give me a loaner that was not reliable. I had to take the loaner car back I was furious that this was the second car that they gave me that had major problems and so I asked what was the deal with the [redacted] and once again it was still being worked on I told her that I just wanted my money back she said that she could not do anything about that and I would have to talked to the owner about that.I happen to see a [redacted] and she said I could trade out and she would lower the payments by 10 dollars so I would be paying 365 for 3 and 1/2 years with a 6 month warranty with pro guard with 28% interest rate which would make the car 16,000 dollars I would be paying by the time I get done paying I though I was absolutely ridiculous. I put 400 more dollars on Oct 12th down for the car which would make a 1000 all together the 600 on Sept 23 and the 400 on Oct 12th like agreed. Drove off with the [redacted] started feeling shaking on the car that night the belt on the tire was showing had to buy new tire called Capital One that want there problem brakes started scrubbing took the car back she started cussing me out and said she was not giving my 1000 back after 3 cars later in 3 weeks.Desired SettlementI feel like they sold me a lemon car to begin with and there was no way they were getting these cars to pass proper inspection there was no way that the tire with wires sticking out was passes they are all bout getting your money and could care less about finding a solution to help I am a single mother and a waitress. I struggle as it is and I don't need dishonest people selling me cars that are not worth anything specially when there a 28 % interest rate and a 375 payment a month with a warranty. I just want my down payment of 1000 back I three cars within 30 days that needed major work and feel like I needed to do business somewhere else she was not professional about the situation she told me I was not going to get any money back and get out of her place of business she told me that if I report her it would not matter it would not affect her business I prayed about it and I am trying to handle this the right way just want my deposit back. All vehicles are sold as is with a option to buy a service contract.We were willing to help her but she was not being a reasonable person to talk to kept cutting us off when we tried to talk to her and she was being rude so we to her to do what she needed to do.

I owed them $100 I made a payment arrangement with the owner while I'm in the drive thru of a restaraunt people jump out the car talking bout I'm coming to get the car when I just spoke with someone and we arranged for me to pay the money on Friday. They have turned my vehicle off atleast 4 times in this 30 days for stupid things. They are unorganized it's ridiculous. They act like they wanna help but the owner is money hungry. I was told not to come here but the owner seemed so nice and helpful until she got my money . Can't even enjoy my vehicle in peace. She claims she needs certain documents to turn the vehicle back on why didn't you say that before you let the vehicle leave the lot. This cust was also late on their payment, which, per the contract, has no extension. Again, we attempted to work with them to get the payment in. Upon repo, the cust. jumped a curb and almost hit the repo man. We still offered this cust the opportunity to redeem the vehicle, by providing ins. info and payment.Consumer Response This is ridiculous all that money wasted because of money hungry people. The most ridiculous thing I've heard of in my life. understanding the fact you have a business to run still doesn't make it right to get over on your customers.I durance papers have been faxed over like three times not sure why y'all keep saying y'all didn't get it. It hasn't even been 30 days. We work hard for our money for someone to take advantage and repo a car over $100. Like I said if the information wasn't provided at the time why let the vehicle leave the lot. No one cares when the money is in they hand.
