Review: I was showed an one bedroom apt that I was pleased with and within my rent budget, which another agency called Building Access to Care assisted me with locating the Realty in question about the one bedroom apt, which their representative accompanied me to view the apt. Only step was left was for me to pay 25.00 credit check fee, which I paid them in cash, but a few days later the representative from Building Access to Care contacted them on the status of my credit check by them and it was told to her that I was denied the one bedroom apt. To which they still didn't give her a reason for denying me, which could not have been because of my credit, because I have good credit. So after them continuing to dance around her question as to why her client(Me) was denied. They still refuse to give her an answer and to my knowledge after checking with one credit agency, no inquiry has came in to check my credit, and they refuse to refund my 25.00 I paid to them, just for the reason of doing a credit check. So the representative from Building Access to Care thinks they just taking people money with no intentions on renting the apt anyway, because we was told the apartment has been vacant for a long period of time now. So I not only want my money returned, but I want them to be held accountable for bad business practicesDesired Settlement: Being that I didn't get a explanation as to why my application for the apartment was denied, I would like my 25.00 refunded and for your agency to be aware of this Realty bad practices, just in case in the future someone else makes the same or simaliar complaint as I did.Thank you
