Issue has been resolved another very happy customer

In the correspondence between [redacted] and our office, it states that Rob; the owner, wanted to be there when the paver and paver sealant manufacturers came to inspect and test the pavers.  The emails also show that we were to receive notice from [redacted] about this meeting.  [redacted] was to contact the office and let us know the date and time she set for the appointment. In her response to you (the Revdex.com) she said the "paving company" came in December, but we were never informed of this meeting. Since this Revdex.com complaint was filed, we have taken it upon ourselves to call the paver and paver sealant manufacturer representatives.  They both stated to us they need to inspect and test the pavers when the weather is above a specific temperature (65 degrees F) for a prolonged period of time.  At this time they are unsure of what the occurrence is with the pavers, or why something like this would have happened.  As said before, we have never seen anything like this either and Rob is very curious about what the findings will be.  The representatives informed us that they will return to the job site when the weather conditions are favorable for testing and they will contact Robert directly so that he can be there with them.
