[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: October 30, The following is in regards to the response issued by George T [redacted] of Capitol Painting Coto complaint # [redacted] dated (9/18/14)While further actions are being investigated pertaining to the statements made by MrT [redacted] in his response, for the time being I will simply reply with the followingAt no time have lever threatened another human being in any way, to indicate otherwise is completely absurdWhat MrT [redacted] does not seem to understand is that as a home owner I am a member of the Homeowner’s AssociationIt is with the homeowners' approval that the HOA's board members enter into contracts directly with businesses on their behalfThe same is true of the Property managersComsource Property management is also contracted and employed by the homeowners associationAs a contracted employee, Comsource acts solely at the behest of the board and has not been empowered to make determinations on whom does and does not have authority on our propertyI believe this is where MrT [redacted] confusion has led him to feel as if he can behave in the manner indicated in the original complaintIt seems as if he isn't even aware with whom he is under contract withIt has been established in the terms of the Contract that MrT [redacted] is responsible for having proper supervision on site at all timesSince on the date in question there was no supervisor present, I contacted the management of Capitol Painting to discuss the serious concerns that have been brought to my attention my fellow property ownersThere was no contact whatsoever with the individual workers presentAs a courtesy, MrT [redacted] was given an opportunity to make corrections to his workmanship prior to continuing to do further damage to our propertyInstead he chose to be confrontationalThe issues indicated in the complaint are specifically regarding poor workmanship and MrT [redacted] inappropriate behaviorIn the coming weeks there will be an independent assessment of the work done on the property and all damages and workmanship not contract compliant, that is, “within industry standards” will be documented and the appropriate steps will be takenI would happy to share these results with the Revdex.comContacting this agency is the first step in what seems may be a long process.In the meantime however, I'm sure MrT [redacted] will have no problems providing the Revdex.com with the “homeowners testimony” and “photographic evidence” he claims to have in his possession.Regards, [redacted] ***
