This company runs malicious business practiceI went into wrong door and came back in min and found out that representative of the company watching you and as soon as you turn wring way they put a boot on your car and request $to take it off or else they tow it I'm no expert in law but I think this should be illegal

This is a scam businessI parked and went in to get a tea at a place on west campusRight when I came out my car had a boot on itAn individual across the street stated I owed him $and asked for a credit card numberI paid cash and they removed the boot and I leftThis cannot be legalAbsolutely ridiculousThis happened 3/13/at a sushi place on 24th street in West Campus

they try to rip people off whenever possibleI was checking on my phone what to order while I was in the car before actually going into the store and my friend was out trying to buy some tea to drink with our foodAnd the guy put a boot the on vehicle without asking me to remove the vehicle firstHe said he didn't care to askA live person is sitting in the car who can move the vehicle and he just wants to make the moneyI' ve had great experience in Austin until encountering thisThe government should definitely put regulations on those regulations

This company runs malicious business practice. I went into wrong door and came back in 3 min and found out that representative of the company watching you and as soon as you turn wring way they put a boot on your car and request $150 to take it off or else they tow it.
I'm no expert in law but I think this should be illegal.

It's scary how they watch like hawks and try to extort money from you as much as possible. My car was booted today and I had only left for 3 minutes. Then two shady men came and told me that had I walked in the store directly after walking out of the other store they would have given me a 'discount'. What 'discount'? I understand paying the fees associated with illegal parking but the fact that they had to 'haggle' prices were extremely unprofessional and just shady practice of business.
