reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Again, thank you for taking the time to work with me on this complaint.  I am not satisfied with CPP response.  Forgive me if I am naive, I see my signature on the paperwork, however, It was the paperwork that was given to me to sign.  I truly did not understand CPP is a payment plan company.   My understanding was that this was an insurance company I was paying--- Hence, CPP.   The insurance agent never explained this was a separate payment company and had I understood such I would have thought hard and long, especially at over 23% interest rate!  At this point, I will continue to fight this fight by way of my council member .  I would like to make it clear that I am a reasonable, rational person and would be willing to accept 50% of the responsible amount if 1) CPP sends a letter stating that amount owed is reduced by 50%  2) willing to accept $25.00 per month until that 50% is paid off 3)  and agrees to speak with the insurance agent as to how they advise potential customers for future transactions.  I am a consumer and as a consumer I am entitled to an annual statement, a privacy notice, and some type of update showing how this amount was derived.  Thank you in advance,

During our conversation, we were able to clarify all misunderstandings and also agreed to certain concessions for her regarding the amount owed.
