I was using this company for my wedding. We went to the warehouse and picked out what we wanted. We were told they would email an estimate. Several weeks went by with nothing. So I emailed them. No response. We called and they said my event had been given to Carlos, and to call him. We called Carlos and he had no idea about our event. He said he was out of town for the weekend. We have in and name dropped, and low and behold, Carlos showed up Saturday to measure an area for us. But then we never heard from anyone again. Emails and calls went unanswered. It was a mystery if we would have tables and chairs for our wedding. They did actually show up and set up our tables and chairs. I am very unimpressed with this company
