Capital Property Group

When the Capital Property Group assumed the management of our condominium complex, our former property management company had put us in the position of always being in the RED financially each month. The general maintenance issues were never addressed in a timely manner to corrected appropriately.
Since Mathew L[redacted] took over, all of our Association bills are paid each month and, monies are being added to our capital reserves. The general maintenance issues are being handled, per his advice, as they are affordable and do not jeopardize our financial standing. Overall, we are very pleased with the Capital Property Groups management of our complex.
Any issues complaints experienced by an individual could be attributed to a lack of proper communication upon the complaining party or an invalid report. [redacted] would highly recommend Mathew L[redacted] as a property manager.
