I assisted Mr. [redacted] with submitting all documentation to his mortgage holder. His mortgage holder lost and misplaced paperwork and delayed the loan modification process.My company has never had a complaint filed by anyone and Mr. [redacted]s claims are erroneous. We changed our number 1 week ago to [redacted]. Mr. [redacted]s claims are without merit and if he wishes to sue my company he may do so.Any lawsuit filed will be defended vigorously and Mr. [redacted] will be sued for making false accusations. I believe Mr. [redacted] is upset because he does not make enough money to support his wife and 3 children and is always behind on his bills.My question to Mr. [redacted] is did he obtain a loan modification?   Why is he filing a complaint now and not previously if I did not do what I said I could help him with.Further, my phone number was not changed until one week ago. Mr. [redacted] could have contacted me through e-mail as he was previously doing. I have spoken to Mr. [redacted]. My company did in fact obtain a mortgage modification for Mr. [redacted] and his girlfriend. Mr. [redacted] was upset the mortgage payment was not reduced inside of the modification agreement. I advised Mr. [redacted] I could request the mortgage company reduce the mortgage payment  however, Mr. [redacted] made the first trial modification payment to the mortgage companyMr. [redacted] indicated he and his girlfriend/wife would just like to move forward with the present trial modification agreement. He also indicated he was retracting his complaint with your organization because of its defamatory nature. Please remove this complaint from your system for it is erroneous.If Mr. [redacted] would like his loan modification file he can call my office at [redacted] and make arrangements to pick it up. I have no problem with his requests for his paperwork.
