Capital Relief Group

I signed an agreement with Capital relief Group. The service that they were providing is eliminating my student loans or lower down the amount of what I owed. I have been dealing with this since March 2018. I paid the company $499.00 for there services. I have emailed the company numerous times and haven't received a response. I have called and I believe the line is out of service because its busy and then hangs up. My student loans are still at the same amounts and nothing was done.
