My mother and my aunt bought a timeshare together through Capital Resorts back in while on a trip to Branson, MOThey did not understand what they were buying and thought it was for a location in BransonSalesman told them they would be able to come to that location in BransonThe contract they eventually signed though listed a location in Wisconsin at a water parkAfter purchasing the timeshare they asked about the location on the contract and was told it was for "inventory purposes" whatever that means and that they actually did not have a timeshare at a location but points that could be used at all their locationsThe points are a complete waste of money as every time they try to use them they are told that the location is not available at that time they want or they do not have enough pointsMy biggest complaint is that if a location is listed on the contract then she should have access to that location at a certain time ever yearTrying to get answers from them is very hardWe are currently having a lawyer review the contract and might consider legal action as it seems they might be in violation of the contract

Capital Resorts in absolutely unbelievable I have been with them for years and can honestly say I have never dealt with any company as unprofessional as they are You cannot get a single question answered satisfactorily That "Zen" thing which is suppose to help you get to the bottom of a problem is a problem in itself I have had numerous email conversations with them and have yet to get an answer You've paid for points you can't use because they have over sold to the extent that you have to make reservations (I am told by them) sometimes months in advance They have very limited properties of their own so you have to pay additional fees to book through another company I am paying about $700/year in fees and paid over $16,for only 62,points which won't even get me a week's vacation I could use the $and pay for a week I wish I could go up to Pigeon Forge TN and picket their sales office and warn people that they do not want to get involved with these people Dealing with them is a nighmare!!!!!!!

We got ours in December and was told that if my husbands current situation changed we could cancelTried to cancel and they told us it was a binding contract and we couldnt back outWas mislead and we still owe the same amount as we did when we first purchased our pointsHaven't used it one single time and they fee and dues are ridiculousWe've decided to let ours go back this month and take the hit on our creditTired of paying for something were never going to useBig joke and waste of moneyTotally misleading company

These people are liarsThey promismised us a star resort day, night stay, $voucher for whatever we wanted to use it for, more than likely it would have been food, and a day, night cruise or day, night stay on land of over locations in the states to choose fromTHEY LIED1st my significant other and I are NOT legally married which was a requirement they failed to tell us originally, that part came laterThey misspelled my name purposely and made my last name his with his home address after I gave them all correct informationWhen they sent email confirmation with the wrong info, I had to call times in hopes of it being corrected as they assured it was but they never fixed it and still did not tell us that we were supposed to be marriedSo now we are in Orlando of course having trouble checking inWhere we were staying changed times during all the phone calls and confirmationsWe ended up in a star hotel which was not a resortHalf of the property was desertedA week before the trip my boyfriend clld and supposedly got everything straightened outThe cruise we would not qualify for because of terms and conditions with marriage they did not tell usThe hotel was average but definitely not resort style for a family of The rooms were only listed for $a night and they charged us well over that amount for nightsThe hotel was right next to apartment complexes where we looked out and witnessed people mowing lawnsThe list goes on but I won't keep you here all day Don't book through them they are cricked sales people who lied straight through their teethWe checked out of the hotel withinw15-minutes of us checking in and are currently awaiting full refund within hours as promised by them as we had to involve the bank whom called them on wayThe manager then got rude and angry and treated us as if we were the scammers and liarsAlways research I would recommend before you become victimized by pushy sales people who are willing to lie and commit fraud just to get your money

My husband and I went and did a tour back in September and ended up signing up to become a timeshare member So they set up a payment plan for us to make the down payment(which until the down payment is paid you are not an official owner of the time share till that is paid in full) My husband and I have come across some financial burdens which are causing us to not be time share owners and are in need of the money that we put toward the down payment to pay our house payment so that we do not lose our home due to a time share that we saw was not going to be possible I have been communicating with them about refunding our money so that we do not lose our home and we continue to get the run around from them They are manually keying in the monthly payment for the down payment and continue to do so even after they said that they would take my card off of file so that no other payments would be made and still no refund We are running out of time on being able to get the house payment paid on time, and them still not refunding the money that is owed back to usI highly recommend that you do not have any dealing with this company at all due to the fact that they do not care if you have an issue where you could lose your home All they care about is the fact that they are selling a time share and they are getting the money from it They do not have a heart or any kind of compassion when some one is in need of money back that they were in hopes of becoming a time share owner No one can predict a financial burden coming to them and they should be more understanding especially when they are not owners of the time share yet!!!!!!

Overall I have had a positive experience with Capital Resorts I bought in early I have made a few reservations in Branson and sent a guest to Maine for a few nights and even a friend to a SFlorida Beach over NYE I have several reservations booked for summer I am a planner and somewhat obsessively check availability If something looks remotely good I book it and then check if I can make it work If I can't I cancel I definitely have a wish list of changes like individual online access to II and the ability to cancel and add guests name to a reservation online I liked the online chat feature Lately it seems that it hasn't been available, but if I leave an off line message someone gets back to me in a timely manner to assist

My partner and I drove down for a tour, I filled out paper work and supplied idThe woman at the deck told me I don't make enough moneyat which time I wanted to bring my partner up and supply that income ...they said noOk, we were turned awayThen the lady asked my partner to fill out as lead in our group, so she didWe were told we had to come back at a different time for the same tour! AND they wanted her back statement or income tax informationWhat? You called us and invited us down for the tourWe supplied everything you asked forWhy reschedule? We are still the same people who had an appointment for the tour! But because we needed to use her income instead of mine we have to come back! An insist on a bank statement or tax papers!!! Are you kidding me? The ladies at the front desk were rude and made us feel like we were wasting their time, in reality they wasted oursThis needs fixed asapWe should not have to give you our banking information for tax papersThis has to be a scamWe were treated with extreme disrespectI want a phone call, and I demand this is fixedHorrible experience

I was talked into buying 113,points with a property deed to Pigeon Forge due to the fact I was told that way I would have an advantage with booking rooms there Now I have owned the property for about years now and never stayed at any of the resorts due to booking issues Yes I did have on scheduled but was unable to make it due the Fires which I total understand and feel sorry for everyone there
I have spent over $31,dollars in the purchase of the property and now I have it listed trying to sell it Started off at 22,000, and have drop the price a number of times now I am down to $10,and still nobody is interested
I was even told by one of the sales people that Capital Resorts would buy the timeshare back if I contact them if I was not happy with it Well they don't even call back

My husband and I attended a presentation in Biloxi, MS The whole operation seemed very sketchy Upon arrival to the property, you are asked to verbally report your income in front of everyone in the waiting room They assign every couple to a sales rep who does not leave your side during the entire process I literally felt like this guy was going to join us in the restroomWe were not allowed to even step outside alone After a survey administered by the sales rep and a group presentation, you take a tour of the local facility which was not impressiveYou basically pay for points that can be used to secure rooms at other "resorts" on a first come, first serve basisThe presentation does a great job of making this sound like a great deal, but the charge for this program is astronomical and much more than the average person would ever be able to affordThere are also annual maintenance feesI wished I had read the Revdex.com reviews prior to wasting my time on this presentation

I too have experienced the worst, horrible, most horrific, stressful, time-consuming experience for the past yearI joined in August of and we have regretted every single second and cent of itHad to pay extra to join after being a Grand Crowne member for a several years and come to find out, when I paid my maintenance dues at the end of the year, the fees had went upNow that it's time to pay for my club dues, they have tacked on an additional $for what they call facility fees which supposedly was supposed to be an option for a person to cancel or not, then called lifestyleWhich at that time it was only $and it has gone up as wellI have had several issues and have called many times along with many emailsNo one has the same story depending on who you talk to and whenDemanded to speak to a supervisor which was extremely rudeYou could hear them doing other things in the background and half-heartedly listening to you and your issuesI had requested to rewrite the contract because of all of the errors and issues that I have to deal with continuouslyAnd they said that would be a breach of contractBut in my defense or as an owner's defense It is a breach of contract when they are increasing fees left and right and adding fees left and right without consent from an ownerThat to me is considered fraudAnd yes I have considered legal actions as wellI had poor customer service from the get-goI wanted to back outI was told by the salesperson at that time that I would have to pay $if I backed out at that pointBecause we had taken up her timeAnd has been poor customer service sinceHow can anyone go home at night knowing what crappy company they work for and all the lies told throughout the dayAs an owner that pays significant amount of money for a pleasurable experience should never have or go through any of this!!!!! I am going to try to find as many reviews as possible to make as many complaints and customer reviews as possible to make sure no one else makes the mistake as me and it seems as many others

My husband and I bought into Capital Resorts from Grand Crown, March Every time we try to book a vacation, whether it is one of their resorts or go thru Interval International, I have to make repeated calls, voice mails messages over a period of days to get something finally bookedIt is never an easy processI am not sure if they are excuses or legit: phone upgrades, computers down and being upgraded, re-routed to temporary answering servicesNow Interval International has supposedly canceled the way they accept booking thru them without notifying Capital Resorts?? Sound like to me, Capital Resorts may have a problem, which, unfortunately means, so do I

What a joke! Cannot get a returned phone call from this place! I canceled days after being scammed into their "vacation deals" timeshareI want my money backGuess that's why they're not calling backI am contacting the Revdex.com on this one

These people are liarsThey promismised us a star resort day, night stay, $voucher for whatever we wanted to use it for, more than likely it would have been food, and a day, night cruise or day, night stay on land of over locations in the states to choose fromTHEY LIED1st my significant other and I are NOT legally married which was a requirement they failed to tell us originally, that part came laterThey misspelled my name purposely and made my last name his with his home address after I gave them all correct informationWhen they sent email confirmation with the wrong info, I had to call times in hopes of it being corrected as they assured it was but they never fixed it and still did not tell us that we were supposed to be marriedSo now we are in Orlando of course having trouble checking inWhere we were staying changed times during all the phone calls and confirmationsWe ended up in a star hotel which was not a resortHalf of the property was desertedA week before the trip my boyfriend clld and supposedly got everything straightened outThe cruise we would not qualify for because of terms and conditions with marriage they did not tell usThe hotel was average but definitely not resort style for a family of The rooms were only listed for $a night and they charged us well over that amount for nightsThe hotel was right next to apartment complexes where we looked out and witnessed people mowing lawnsThe list goes on but I won't keep you here all day
Don't book through them they are cricked sales people who lied straight through their teethWe checked out of the hotel withinw15-minutes of us checking in and are currently awaiting full refund within hours as promised by them as we had to involve the bank whom called them on wayThe manager then got rude and angry and treated us as if we were the scammers and liarsAlways research I would recommend before you become victimized by pushy sales people who are willing to lie and commit fraud just to get your money

Misleading sales tactics: 1/13-1/15/we scheduled an owner's workshop in North Myrtle Beach, so we can learn how to navigate and schedule our vacationsBut instead it was a sales pitch to upgrade our current ownershipWe spent 1/hours listening to David Coffering us all kinds of incentives to upgrade instead of teaching us how to best utilize our points and plan our dream vacations In addition, the upgrades were based on bait and switch tacticsWe were promised a lot of incentives and an interest rate reduction from to and in the end after we were all excited they changed the rate from to and increased the term so the payment averaged to be around the sameWe declined the upgrade and the previous offer to change our resort because we were not satisfied (similar to Motel 6) and a voucher for dinner(due to our extended workshop) was off the table and the sales people were not as nice and friendly anymoreThis trip was a waste of my time and moneyI would never recommend Capital Resorts they have the worst customer service

I purchased a package to Wisonsin Dells, WI from a vendor at Shorview Days July I go to schedule my package I paid for at Wisconsin Dells and told they no longer book at this location even though I have year from date of purchase to bookCapital Resorts could care less about helping me get my refund and all I get is the run aroundCapital Resorts can't provide a service I paid for at the specific location, give me my money backIt is as simple as thatI have all my paperwork with their name blasted all over it, don't try and tell me you can't get me my refundNot my problem, they contracted with the vendor not IIt has been a nightmare to try and get my money back from these crooksRun if you see these scammers at Capital Resorts

Capital Resorts has to be the worst timeshare everThey lied to us about the points we ownedWhen I tried to get in touch with them they will not return your callI finally put a negative report on their website and they sent me an emailI responded with what my problem was, I was told a lady named Sherry had called and left a messageThat was also a lieNever received a call from Sherry

Impossible to book a vacation with this company, even though I have the points they misrepresent what you are buying i'm looking now to try and get out of this business relationship

Capital Resorts in absolutely unbelievable. I have been with them for 4 years and can honestly say I have never dealt with any company as unprofessional as they are. You cannot get a single question answered satisfactorily. That "Zen" thing which is suppose to help you get to the bottom of a problem is a problem in itself. I have had numerous email conversations with them and have yet to get an answer. You've paid for points you can't use because they have over sold to the extent that you have to make reservations (I am told by them) sometimes 8 months in advance. They have very limited properties of their own so you have to pay additional fees to book through another company. I am paying about $700/year in fees and paid over $16,000 for only 62,475 points which won't even get me a week's vacation. I could use the $700 and pay for a week. I wish I could go up to Pigeon Forge TN and picket their sales office and warn people that they do not want to get involved with these people. Dealing with them is a nighmare!!!!!!!

this is the worse thing I have ever bought one month I call they tell you one thing the next they tell you soething else. everytime we go to an owners update meeing all they want you to do is buy this or that to make your package better then when you try to use it they have nothing available that week.

Worst experience horrible vacation fifty dirty, dead squirrelskin in closet walls smell unbearable, live squirrelshow in walls dirty condo spots dirt on furniture, dirty linen could smell previous guesstimate. Thus was carriage place poor management if any had two units there. One at.Grand crowned dirty furniture, dirty linen, condo beyond filthy. Call headquarters no reply, no call backs. I'm stuck with this crap, has become worst unter Capital management. Have contacted lawyer. And attorney generals office. Waiting for reply. Stay away if you haven't already been suckered
