[My husband did call after the company left and he told the owner about the mess they had left behind. The owner offered to schedule another time to come out to clean it up amidst trying to sell us on a furnace filter that we didn't need, but we did not have the time to do so. We would have had to take another day of vacation from work to accommodate this, and we had other trades scheduled to do work on the days following. When the owner refused to accommodate us and provide any resolution, it was at that point that I filed this complaint.A few days later, the owner called my husband and he was literally screaming at him through the phone about the fact that we had filed a complaint on his company. My husband could not get a word in edgewise, so he hung up the phone as he was not going to be treated that way. This was very unprofessional behavior and we were not going to tolerate it. We have not had any contact with the company since.

They did not offer to come out that night or the next morning. At this point, we feel like it's just our word against theirs and we see the events that transpired differently than they do. It's not about the money, it's about the unfinished work and the way we were treated.

We did offer to come out that night or the next morning and clean it up and they said no. We did what we could do but we realized that the consumer is just looking for there money back. Mr and his nephew have experience in housekeeping and would have been more then capable of cleaning the mess up.
