Review: On May [redacted] 2014 I entered into an agreement with Capital Retrieval to collect a judgment against a debtor. I signed an acknowledgment of assignment of judgment on the same day assigning the right of Capital Retrieval to collect on my behalf with an understand that they will receive 40% of the total amount collected.

I placed a phone call on October **, 2014 at approximately 3pm and a male employee answered the phone. When I inquired about the status of the collection, he asked me for the name of the case, which I provided. He then immediately stated well he has no money and no bank account. I asked him as to how he knew that and whether there was a subpoena done. He began yelling and cursing at me, stating that "I don't [redacted] understand what it means to collect judgment and people come to him with bats." I told him to calm down, to which he began to raise his voice and scream and curse. He refused to let me speak to his [redacted] and refused to tell me his name or provide me with any information concerning the case.Desired Settlement: I want to rescind and void the assignment of Judgment to Capital Retrieval. I do not wish to continue with them. I am not even looking for a refund of $25.00. I just don't want them collecting on my behalf.
