Review: I was in you establishment on 4/26/2014 and ordered few dim-sum to go. When I got home and began to eat bean curd wrap, I bit on something hard. Examining the item, I found a clothing button. When I called the establishment, the clerk told me all she could do was to offer a replacement item or my money back for that item. This did nothing to address my disgusting experience, my inconvenience to have to come back and not being able to eat with my family. I also want to know how you are going to address this incident to prevent its reoccurrence. This is so uncalled for, if this is given to a child, it would be deadly choking hazard.The firm's seeming lack of concern about this health hazard and lack of concern for your customer is also of great concern to me as it should have been with you.Desired Settlement: At least refund my whole check, and get me some compensation!!
