The Cheshire, Ct location of PRIME GROUP STORAGE on [redacted] is an all HARD corporate [redacted] ***, CRASS kind of location and business; cannot speak w/ a manager to get a late fee reversal/refund to save yr life I am being told that [redacted] , the one in charge supposedly of these issues is traveling all the time, the only person that could help me with this issueWell he is not making money for me only for himself and maybe for some employees in high placesI have been trying to reach this person for more than a year now and all I get is promises, questions, bullying, talk down, demeaning commentsAny business that is dodging to have a manager take care of customers is not a good businessCredit cardinsurance companiesbanksstoresallow once a year to have refunds of late and other feesTHIS COMPANY DOES NOT!!! This place is being paid by me and they do not pay meTHEY DO NOT SEE OR CARE ABOUT THAT AT ALL!!! So this sucks bigtimeI am only looking for $in refundsCan they spare it???Tonight $(mistake w/the time change) and the $before was that their site was not allowing me to pay from my bank account, no option, but after I did pay from debit card w/ huge late fee that option was available, of courseI am a good paying customerOnly once I made the mistake to pay beyond due date/grace period in (two) yearsAt that location is a manager by the name of Karen, who is always telling me off and bullying meFrom the previous management Nancy M [redacted] was a great personMaking a lot of money for the business and I miss herThese new ppl, I could do withoutI only have storage that I can hardly pay each month, b/c I have a lots of heirlooms and valuables, which I cannot get into my small apartment including jewelry I could not find after my move! I am told this a conglomerate of doctors and other pplas suchSHAME ON THEM!!! I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MINUTES WITH THEM ANYTIME!!! Well if they are looking to lose business, it is their choosingI will do negative advertisement and blog on themAll it costs $WOWDitto!!!

Tenant came to office on 6/*/16 to pay rent that was due on 6/*/16, but she only wanted to pay the rent and wanted to pay the late fee at a later date, she was advised that we do not take partial payments per her lease agreement. Tenant was due on the [redacted] we do have a 5 day grace period before we...

assess the $15 late fee, we were closed on Sunday the [redacted] so she had 4 days before that to pay her bill before she acquired any late fee. The way our system works it applies payments to the fees first and then rent. If she was to come in later that week her account would not have been charged a second fee but we do not charge a late fee on a late fee. It would have charged her a Pre-lien fee of $25 after 15 days on the unpaid rent on her account, since our system would have paid the late fee first. We do offer multiple ways for our tenants to pay, they can stop by our office in person, pay via mail, pay by phone, they can set up for Credit Card Auto Pay or ACH payments or they can go online anytime to our secure website at [redacted]. Per page 1 of [redacted] Lease Agreement: Notice: The monthly Occupancy Charge and other charges stated in this agreement are the actual charges you must pay.Furthermore [redacted] lease states:The Occupant agrees to pay the Owner, for the use of the Space and improvement thereon, the monthly sum listed above as the Occupancy Charge. Monthly installments including Occupancy Charge, Additional Occupancy Charges, mandatory and optional fees as listed above are payable in advance at the office of the self-storage Facility on or before the Due Date of each month and a like amount for each month thereafter, until the termination of this OccupancyAgreement. Additional Mandatory Occupancy Charges may include, but not exclusively, any default chargesPer page 2 of [redacted] Lease Agreement:#2 Fees:Occupant agrees that payments received after the [redacted] day of the Due Date are subject to a late fee of $15, payments received after the 1[redacted] day of the Due Date are subject to a preliminary lien fee of $25.
